Show room floor salesman was excellent. Very knowledgeable. However, zero return call or follow up call from person who was supposed to come out to do formal bid. Checked back with salesman who apologized and confirmed our contact information & said we would get a call. It’s over 45 days and after 3 calls, 1 online “request an estimate” and 1 store in person visit have still not received a call from anyone. I guess I’m glad to learn now, before anything purchased. Very disappointed and am surprised they are still in business.

I wish I could do 4.5 stars. We had a few small issues with our install but everything was resolved with a small wait. Would 100% do business here again!

We have used Parker Floors in 2 houses now. They are knowledgeable, affordable and most of all EXCELLENT customer service EVERY, SINGLE TIME. I would and do absolutely recommend them to eveyone I meet. Their flooring is high quality and not only a beautiful esthetic addition to your home but also super comfortable which is key. Call them TODAY! You will be so glad you did.

Parker Floors was a pleasure to work with on sanding and refinishing my wood floor, installing luxury vinyl planking and carpet. They have a large selection for all your flooring needs and will promptly respond to your inquiries. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything after they finished. I have used them multiple times and have been well pleased every time. I highly recommend Parker Floors and will only use them for my flooring needs in the future.
