Ray Danesh was a pleasure to work with. He has done carpeting and luxury vinyl throughout my entire house. They also did new cabinetry with a quartz countertop and they fixed a wood piece in my door. In all instances, his workers have been professional, on time, and courteous. Ray went above and beyond to have two of our mirrors cut down to size to perfectly fit underneath the new cabinets that they installed. Their showroom in Mission Viejo is extremely useful to find good quality flooring, countertops and cabinetry. They also helped us to eyeball what would look good when it came to the color scheme with vinyl, cabinets and the quartz. It looks fantastic. Ray is super responsive. He came to our home almost immediately to give us our initial quotes. He patiently waited for us to get back with them and he worked well to find a start date that worked around our schedule. We have a baby at home and they were willing to come one day after our baby’s nap time to not disrupt our schedule. When something wasn’t quite right, he fixed it. It was refreshing to work with a contractor who stands behind the quality of their work and is humble enough to not argue or nickel and dime you. We had previously worked with a contractor at another company who made our lives very stressful and who fought us any time we found a flaw in their work. Not only was Royal Flooring’s craftsmanship sound, Ray was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to any family member, friend or stranger.

I just bought a new house and installed new flooring. Using Royal flooring was the best decision i made. The fastest, cleanest, and most honest company. They took less than a week to finish the job! They’re truly unbelievable, they are so patient, respectful, and professional. They never gave us no for an answer! The perfection you get for the price you pay is unmatched. If you want to get any renovations done Royal flooring is the one to call. i’d go back to them in a heartbeat!! thank you so much!!

I hired Royal Flooring to renovate 2 bathrooms in my house. They were big jobs we moved walls and plumbing, ordered custom built in cabinets and also a custom vanity. We were so happy with the outcome and the process. Ray, the owner, is responsive 100% of the time. He makes sure the job moves along quickly and he is so open to feedback and willing to work with you until the job is done to your liking. I will definitively use Ray again for future home improvement projects. Photos attached are my before and after of my downstairs bathroom, including the custom vanity Rays cabinet maker made for us

Just had our carpets installed this morning. The owner Ray was super nice and got us the product and color we were looking for. Ordered Friday , he said 7-10 day and this Wed we are already new owners of beautiful carpet. Installers were on time and we had 3 rooms done before noon. They were promot, efficient and very nice. Cleaned every room, swept the pathways to the entry. Now the best part, Carpets look beautiful. Thanks everyone, Vicki Slawson

Ray’s team is incredible. I had him do my kitchen in early 2020, and I was so happy with their work, I had him come back to do my bathrooms too… We did a complete gut job on both, and somehow both jobs were donne within 2 weeks. His prices are very fair, and the work is impeccable. They had my sign off every step of the way, and anything I didn’t love, he had changed to my liking immediately. I’ve referred a few friends to him already, and will definitely work with again him in the future.

Royal flooring had installed laminate flooring 6 years ago in our Mission Viejo home, and until recently we’ve observed some buckling in our downstairs office. Ray came over the same day to assess the flooring, and without any hesitation he told me that he’ll cover the cost for parts and labor simply because I was a customer. The installer had immediately completed the work, and our floor looks new again. I strongly recommend this business because they truly stand behind their work, and understand the importance of promoting their business through great customer service. Thank you Ray!
