Used them for the install and was satisfied. Years later our new puppy chewed a hole in the carpet. Contacted them and were told they would be happy to come out. After several weeks of following up they never replied. Poor customer service in that respect. Happy to take your money, but in this case, they didn’t need it I guess.

Carpet Mill outlet….. you are the BEST. I cant say enough good about this business. The price amazing, the sales (Joe) outstanding, install ( Beneto) excellent. My carpet was removed and installed in under 2 hrs. If you pick a topic…. They perform o er and above. They answer the phone …. Which in itself is awesome today. Thank you and keep up the outstanding work

Fantastic job, start to finish. Joe P. at the store was very helpful and straightforward. Came to the house and measured for the job; got me a detailed estimate fast! Less than the other two estimates I got. From the time of our first visit we picked out a beautiful carpet to replace our two bedrooms on the first floor. The crew who did the job showed up on the day they promised and got right to work, worked hard and enthusiastically to get the job done, and done right. Great communication, worked clean, good senses of humor, brought an apprentice that was equally point on! Top notch, professional work. Could not be happier.

Jim was professional and helpful with making our selection. We were able to make a a decision within 15 minutes of walking in the store. On the day of installation after the padding was laid I thought that the color of the carpeting was wrong, I called Jim and requested to go to the store to make sure the color was correct. He assured me that the correct color was cut. The installer was very patient and agreed to come back the next day after I confirmed he had the right color. Thank you Jim and your installer for working with us (me). We are extremely happy with the great service.

So impressed with this company and the entire experience. We were working to sell my parents’ house and Joe was awesome start to finish. I couldn’t be at the house, but Joe went to measure, send pictures, and provide suggestions, helping immensely during a most stressful time. Amazing experience! Joe (one of the owners) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We purchased the carpet on Friday and it was installed on Monday AND for a GREAT price! The installers were extremely professional as well. I would highly recommend this place! (I added before and after pictures.)

Posting on behalf of my parents. There have been quite a few problems regarding the carpeting and the installation since it was installed in 2016. I tried contacting them in 2020 about this problem and his son Joe answered the phone and I asked for Jim. Jim was not in and Joe asked how he could help. I explained the situation to him and he very bluntly and rudely stated no one would be coming to look at our carpeting. We tried contacting Jim several times about it but the outcome was them ignoring us and neglecting to return our phone calls. I could not get anyone else to look at it or take care of it and our only other option was to contact Karastan to get a hold of a representative which in return they ended up contacting Jim. Last year in April of 2023 Jim finally got back to us to discuss the issue and came to our house to look at the problems with the carpeting. After looking at it, he indicated the carpeting was not stretched correctly which was the reason for the buckling, and he did not know why we had crunching in the family room, living room, and hallway. Jim had suggested to us that we could stretch the carpet back and if we were not happy he would replace all the carpeting. So we indicated instead of going through the process of moving all the furniture for the outcome to not work we just decided to replace all the carpeting with us paying for the labor and difference in the upgrade for the carpeting. We agreed to have Jim install new carpeting and he told us to go pick out what we would like. We found two samples we liked but wanted to see them in bigger samples. Jim stated he had one in the bigger sample and needed to order the other one. We waited two weeks and I called and he said it wasn’t in yet. Jim told me he will call when it comes in. We waited another month and I called again and he said it wasn’t in yet. I called him again in another three weeks after that he said it still wasn’t in. He stressed to me he will CALL when it comes in. We never heard from him again. So he really had no intentions of taking care of this situation. None of this was getting fixed and we could not find someone to fix it because they were not the ones who installed it, until we finally got the name of an installer and he agreed to look at our situation. We decided that we were going to have it replaced because no one could figure out what the issue was with the crunching, plus with trying to stretch it back there could be issues. So this February 2024, We started pulling up all of our carpeting. Come to find out we had four different padding’s with two different weights, which is not anything we ordered, we also found razor blades underneath the padding, and we found gouges in the wooden sub floor due to the fact that they dug their stretcher into our floor and the carpeting was only stretch 3ft around the entirety of the rooms. The stairs were also not done correctly. We wanted it stretched around the step in the tuck and upholster style. Jim’s workers refused to do this when we asked and Jim also noticed when he came to look at our carpeting and suggested the new carpeting on the stairs be done correctly. All of this is unacceptable work especially when paying almost $9,000. So now we just spent another $13,000 to have new carpeting put in. It is put in correctly, we don’t have four different types of padding with two different weights, they used their stretching tool the correct way, and there’s not garbage underneath it. His work, materials, and employees are all unprofessional. It’s unfortunate we had to go through this stressful situation just to have beautiful carpeting installed correctly and work with such amazing guys. We tried settling this a simple way by sending an email since we know they won’t call us back, but no response was heard from our email over a month ago. We also tried contact 6 and his response was filled with lies unfortunately. As any kind of a professional business owner, unprofessional work like this should bother him but it doesn’t. He did not care to take care of the situation.
