We have been in business for over 50 years and Stoneline is always available and goes above and beyond to understand our needs, and more so, to understand our client’s needs. Adam (their rep) is the best. He constantly visits our office and makes sure we are satisfied with their products, if there’s ever a problem he jumps in and gets it resolved. He jumps through hoops to make sure we are satisfied as his client. We highly recommend Stoneline Group and Adam. They are trustworthy and very professional.

Their inventory is truly huge, with a wide variety of items available for all kinds of needs. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this store. After installing the travertine, many holes appeared everywhere, I went to the warehouse and they told me that it had no warranty, and all this after 5 months of having been installed, the material was bad.

I just redid my patio with sandblasted Turkish marble I bought from Stoneline. I dealt with Kadir. All was fine until the stone was installed. The grout started getting black. I called Kadir to see how he could help solve this problem. He said I was the only person having this issue. According to him it was due to humidity and installation. The installer replaced part of the patio and put a special product under. Same problem. My contractor suggested to sandblast the patio which I did. It was nice for a week. Same problem came back. The grout joints are black. And in some tiles, there is a line that appears to be a crack but it is not. The line is rust color. Today I found out I am not the only one having this issue. I spent a fortune with the patio. Stoneline needs to compensate for all the extra expenses I spent in trying to correct this problem.

I’m glad I made the decision to go to stoneline for my home renovation, they have a bunch of great different options of rocks and very good quality! And the service was amazing !! Lyssette was the name of the lady who attended me ! She was very sweet and very understanding of what I needed at my home , she is extremely knowledgeable in what she does ! Thank you so much lyssette for your help .
