I’m so excited with my new floors. I do suggest anyone looking to replace their floor to do a little homework on the type of new floors you want and New Orleans Flooring has a good website and showroom. I was so nervous about having to a finding a contractor to install my floors, but New Orleans Flooring can handle that with installers they have. They had Oscar and Chris assigned to do my removal and installation. Well, I was nervous never having met these guys. When the day came to do my installation within in an hour I was so claim, these guys are great. They have 3 things every business should have I think and that is: 1. A Team that takes PRIDE in their work, 2. They work as a team that enjoys what they do and 3. The experience they have in flooring. I would highly recommend Oscar and Chris to do any Residential or Commercial Flooring and I Thank New Orleans Flooring for recommending them to do my Flooring and Oscar and Chris for the service they and their team provided me.

From the first phone call for information to the process of getting a quote to the actual installation and follow up phone calls on how everything went, I have LOVED my entire experience working with New Orleans Flooring! The best costumer service from Beverly throughout all the steps of the process to changing the floors in my house. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!
