Very unprofessional and gimmicky company. They send you an estimate and once you move forward with the project they increase it by an unrealistic amount. For example, after I had moved forward they said it would cost 40% of increase to original estimate. The office is very unresponsive. Don’t be fooled by the name- this reminds me of how spirit or allegiant airlines charges for low fares but then charges you for everything and you end up paying more than flying American!

Shop Save & Floor I was checking reviews for another flooring store and came across Shop Save & Floor. I’m glad I did!!! I was impressed with their reviews and they are ROC’s. I didn’t look any further. I had 1300 ft of ceramic tile removed, new LVP installed plus new baseboards throughout the house. Some companies I spoke with only did removal or installation, some installed but subbed out the tile removal. This created a much longer timeframe and too many different people to hold accountable. SS&F does it all, it was faster and the transition between the jobs was seamless. First, their dustless tile removal is an amazingly clean process! Second, once the ceramic tile was removed some serious cracks and leveling issues were apparent. Victor came out immediately to assess the problem. They were able to begin repairs that day, keeping completion close to the original timeline. The LVP and baseboard installation went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the completed job! I am very impressed with everyone I spoke with or worked at my house. Communication at every level was clear and easy to understand. All workers were polite and respectful of me and my property. Beyond that, what sets this company apart is their desire to make sure I was happy with their work! After the job was complete Victor thought an area of the baseboards could look better and came back twice before he was satisfied with it! Great company to work with, we had luis as our installer and he impressed us so much!! Such clean work, very professional and proficient in his work. He left our house very clean. If you want new tile installed make sure you go with these guys! You will be very happy with your choice
