Tom Becker provided us with incredible service. He was prompt to answer any questions we had and guided us through the purchase process. His costs were very reasonable and more affordable than other companies. The installation staff were incredibly kind and helpful and assisted us with additional help. I would recommend Tom and is team to anyone. They do fantastic work! We are very pleased with how everything turned out and costs were kept very affordable.

Tom provided excellent guidance when we needed to replace the carpet in our mother’s condo and recommended a style that was both beautiful and practical for wheelchair use. There was a production error which delayed the carpet delivery, but Tom kept us up to date on everything. When we had to delay the installation, Tom was very understanding and accommodated our timeline. The finished product looks amazing thanks to Tom and his crew. We highly recommend his services!

Overall, a great experience. There are good, responsive, and quality standards with Tom and his install crew. Tom was willing to work with us and slowed down to our pace when we were in the shopping phase. We took our time with colors and product choices. Tom was pleasantly persistent when it came to getting or orders in because they aligned with the hurricane, which meant a lot of flooring material was heading south soon. INSTALL: We found a couple things that could require follow-up. Tom was more than responsive to our concerns, after the fact. TIP: Adjust to the dust on install days because a tile demo definitely covers everything just like Tom said it would! The install team was hardworking and did a great job.

I highly recommend Tom Becker for flooring. He is very knowledgable and comes to your house himself to consult with you and take the measurements. Very professional, responsive easy communication and scheduling process, and his pricing is competitive. The carpet project went very smoothly and looks great.

Tom was quick to respond when a water leak ruined our old laminate flooring in the kitchen. He helped us choose a replacement flooring and got it installed pronto. Life is back to normal and the end result looks great!

We’ve purchased carpet and installation service from Tom’s company twice now over the years and both times he has delivered excellent results. This recent job he was able to help us match our upstairs carpet in less than 10 minutes. The carpet he offers is very high quality at a reasonable cost. He also gave us a bonus on this job by recommending an installer who he thought could fix a botched carpet install in another area of our house (not his company’s work!), that guy got it fixed and it looks like it should now. Highly recommend – Thanks Tom & install crew!

We had a great experience using Tom for our carpet installation! We had several companies come out to our house for bids and not only did Tom seem to be the most knowledgeable, he also came in at the most reasonably priced for the job. He got us on the schedule within a couple weeks and his guy Jason did a wonderful job with the installation. Overall we’d recommend Tom to anyone and would for sure go through him again for our future flooring needs!
