This is my first time using Carpet Coyle and it was overall an excellent experience! I worked with Cortney Nimtz and she was fantastic! She helped me pick out the floors, and after they came to measure she re-helped me pick out a different type of flooring that she thought would be a better fit for us. She provided me with several quotes to help make our decision and any time I would reach out to her, I would get a reply back that day or next day at the lastest. We had a big project, our main level was completely redone with laminate, that project was supposed to take a week, but the crew finished a day and a half early, and we did carpet in 4 bedrooms and steps, which only took a day to complete. The installation crew was always so pleasant, and very hard working. The prices are very competitive as well. A couple months earlier we went to another company, but they kept cancelling on us so we cancelled our order and went to Coyle, and I am so happy that we did. I would highly recommend and will use them in the future.

We had a very positive experience with coyle for both engineered hardwood and carpet! We shopped around and coyle was the most reasonably priced, was able to schedule our jobs quickly and were responsive to all additional requests we made. Monica was great to work with and was helpful in choosing the right floor for our space. Thanks!

After doing a lot of research of flooring stores in madison keep in mind most of the stores just sell the product. They outsource the work to subcontractors. They give them the bid and pocket much more profit than the actual installer. This store should be shamed in how they won’t employ the installers but pay them little compared to the markup in the product and labor. Guaranteed by doing your research you’ll find out quickly that it’s better to call up some of the great installers on Craigslist. It’s sad that a business gets so many reviews for the quality of work that they don’t actually do. They collect the money! 💰 Best believe the reviews are reflective of subcontractors work. Check out Oaks Floorings on fb and Craigslist because he does amazing work and much less in price. This business operates like CTW, Crown Flooring and basically every flooring store in madison. The reason for this review is the credit should be given to the actual manual labor workers not the order takers of the business. Anybody can sell you carpet or flooring but guaranteed the pencil pusher in the store isn’t doing the work.

We recently finished our basement and had Coyle install the carpet in our basement as well as replace the carpet on our stairs and in our living room. Everyone we interacted with at Coyle was great from our sales consultant, estimator, and installers. We ended up choosing a carpet that was in stock so lead time for installation was only about 3 weeks. The installation crew arrived on time, was professional, and did a great job. We’re very happy with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to use Coyle again.

The purchase, installation was done very quickly and efficiently. We also had a piece bound to fit over hardwood floor and the room had many angles. It was done to perfection!

My first visit to Coyle was very pleasant. It’s a beautiful store that has everything floor and home. I was there for a small purchase and was assisted by Grant. I was treated in such a respectful and friendly way, even though this visit was for a remnant. Our conversation included my future flooring needs. Grant’s knowledge of flooring was exceptional and educational. I completed my transaction an hour later, with the help of another knowledgeable employee. I would absolutely recommend Grant and Cole to help you with your flooring needs. I just loved the store! Thank you Coyle Carpet One Floor and Home.

Replaced carpeting in our basement with luxury vinyl plank. Unfortunately, after using 19 bags of floor leveler, they didn’t actually get the entire floor level. They came back once to fix it but it made little difference. Came back a second time and it seems there were even more uneven areas where the plank bowed when walked on. Requested them to return to fix it again but they never returned my phone call. Cannot recommend them as they didn’t follow through and I have zero trust in them now.

I used Coyle Carpet One Floor and Home for my bathroom tile and vanity. Nina Kirch helped me to make my bathroom happen. I am so appreciative of her. I came in to look at vanity choices, which she helped me with, but then she also helped me explore different tile possibilities (which are overwhelming). I found some tiles that I loved. Nina was also helpful with grout and edging selections. She was a great communicator and fun to work with through the entire process!! I am attaching some photos of the almost finished bathroom. I did talk with someone about the flooring as I was putting hardwood flooring in my bedroom. They discouraged me from putting hardwood flooring in. I did order hardwood flooring from another company and I am very happy with it.

I am very happy with the flooring Coyle carpet provided and installed in my bathroom. Logan was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He updated me through the whole process. Scheduler Melissa was kind to schedule installation ASAP. Installer Dan did wonderful job with the flooring. Super duper Coyle carpet team! Luxury sheet vinyl flooring in the bathroom!
