My husband and I decided to redo our entire home from floor to ceiling. Wall to wall. Our son passed away and it made it very hard to be home so we thought if we redid our home it would feel like a fresh start without leaving the last home our son was in. Griggs came highly recommended. We were given a quote to which included the leveling of the floor charge but was told by Mike we needed to have it leveled before they would even do it. I had to constantly call and leave messages until Mike himself answered the phone before we could even get measurements to get a different quote because my measurements weren’t good enough (which was fine, it’s not my expertise) but then we were ghosted. Never given the new quote never received the call back. I was in love with the carpet we had pi picked out. So after getting quotes from 4 other companies I decided to call griggs and see about possibly working with someone else. Ashley told me she would call Kenny the owner and would “personally call me back” to which about an hr later I get a call from Mike (surprise) to tell me none of their workers wanted to work and he didn’t have anyone who could commit to the job that they only wanted a paycheck and not work. And never heard from ashley herself. So please don’t waste your time and effort on this company. Shopping local just isn’t worth it. Especially when the ones who sign off for the work to be done are really the ones who don’t really want to work they just place blame elsewhere.

I highly recommend that people compare prices with other businesses that sell flooring. Home Depot and Lowe’s were surprisingly much cheaper and offered much better quality flooring cheaper than the lesser quality at Griggs.

Getting materials was great, but when they sent someone out to the job is was horrible. Very unprofessional, and the guy was drunk most of the time. Not to mention he had some lady who was asleep half of the time in my bathroom while he redid the shower. I highly suggest going through literally anyone else. I couldn’t even get anyone to come look at how the horrible job. Griggs came highly suggested, and they really let us down. This is my first home and I feel like I have been walked all over. They never even offered to fix the job. They sent the guy back to “guarantee his work” and all he did was shave off some tile that was hanging over.

Got an estimate done at my home. The sales guy didn’t even get out of the car because he was elderly,how are you suppose to sell me on it if I can’t see you? The installation price was ridiculous and so was the overall experience.

These guys are amazing!!!!!! From the time Ashley answers the phone until the time they leave my property they are nothing but respectful. I have had several of their crews out on property and am always happy with their work! Keep up the GREAT job!!
