Let me start off by saying Ruth was great ! She showed us all our options and we bought a vanity top and sink. We waited 1 week and picked up our vanity top. It looked beautiful. Got home and put it together. Backsplash was too long!. Called them and took it back. They said they could cut it down to proper size. They ended up cutting it too short. 1/32 too short. We live in Indiana. This is a bit of a drive for us. We settled because we did not want to have to make a third trip. We were not happy but will deal with it. It would have been nice if we had received a discount for our inconvenience . My husband even mentioned getting a cardinal head for our inconvenience but no go. This is a nice place. Like I said Ruth was great! Just not quality!

Stopped by last week in an attempt to find a grey filler for a crumbling seam regarding a granite install not performed by Mees. Driving around town – coming up empty – because my installer of a few years back told me that I could find what I needed at Lowes (not!). Staff so nice – ended up giving me a partial tube left over from that day’s jobs. The seam has now been newly filled – looks great. If there is a next kitchen in my future, I will head to Mees.

Cant say enough about my experience with Mee’s. I bought my granite tops from Misty at the Astor rd. location. She was GREAT! Very patient and helpful during the selection process.

We spent a lot of money on our granite counter tops and they did a terrible job. We are so disappointed and I would not recommend. Every time I look at them I cringe. I want to tear them out and start over but I have already spend thousands of dollars.

I worked with Misty at the fabrication location when I purchased my granite countertop. She was extremely helpful during the product selection and design phase. After installation, she was very responsive in resolving a couple of issues that arose. All issues were corrected satisfactorily and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Misty and Mees Tile and Marble.
