I was introduced Tile by Smrz through the Tile Shop (Andy) and had a great experience. The guys were very professional, answered all my questions and went above and beyond what I expected. The project was not easy, hold house uneven walls and floors. The installed floor looks AMAZING. They even repaired the wood threshold. It was an enjoyable experience all around, so glad I met and hired them.

From the moment my husband and I met Joel, we immediately knew he was the choice for our 2 bathroom remodels and he did not disappoint. Joel’s attention to detail and overall craftsmanship became evident as the work progressed. From start to finish Joel is on the job working along with his team. He finished the job exactly in the timeframe he estimated. Joel also gave a very fair quote which in this day and age goes along way. You can trust Joel and his amazing team to do a top notch job! Tile by Smrz just finished a big redo of a primary bathroom for us, including a new shower, new tub, adding a shower to the tub and new flooring. Everything went as planned and the new bathroom looks great! Joel Smrz and his guys did quality work, on time, consistent with the estimate, and always cleaned up. I’d definitely hire Tile by Smrz again.

We hired Tile by Smrz to work on replacing our entire flooring in our house and also doing a major renovation on our kitchen. With making major decisions on a huge project we were very lucky to work with Joel who provided fantastic guidance and advice to make our project go smoothly. During renovation on the kitchen and flooring Joel and his team were extremely respectful, detailed, and efficient while they worked on our house for multiple months. The quality of their work was impressive. The thing I appreciated the most about having them work on a huge project like this was how clean their work area was when they left each day. I would definitely recommend Tile by Smrz to anyone who is getting work done on their house

As a experienced fix and flip business I value professionalism and quality. With TILE BY SMRZ, I get both and more. I’ve used Joel and his crew many times knowing I will get what I ask for . Started out well but nosedived after job was complete and an issue was identified. Lots of unprofessional excuses and accusations without resolution. Additionally, one installer smoked the entire time. Garage smelled for weeks. Unfortunately, cannot recommend.
