Todd was exceptional to work with! He was responsive and helpful through the entire process. Our floors were under carpet for years-once Todd and his crew came, the floors looked beautiful! They were restored and the perfect color! Todd was even responsive once the job was complete when I had follow up questions on appropriate care.

Conti Oak Floor Refinishing refinished my wood floors and they did a fantastic job! I cannot say enough good things about the company and its owner, Todd Conti. Professional, trustworthy, sincere, and empathetic, character traits my wife and I look for in a business relationship and Todd has all four. From start to finish Todd remained responsive ensuring satisfaction with service and job quality. He provided us a thorough in-person consultation beforehand outlining details of the refinishing process and after care measures to ensure the beauty of the floors. With regard to stains, Todd offered an honest, informative opinion of which stains would be most appealing in our home. I can’t express enough how his advice helped simplify the selection process. As to the refinishing process, the refinishers, Adam and Mark, were very professional and skilled. Adam took time to layout the two stain options we selected prior so that we could have a visual from which to make a final decision. The level of care, accuracy and thoroughness Adam and Mark applied to the job was impressive. I speak with the utmost sincerity when I say that their meticulousness in quality and workmanship cannot be surpassed. Both are true masters of their craft. I highly recommend Conti Oak Floor Refinishing.

Great company and wonderful experience! From start to finish we could tell they were a truly professional company with a caring attitude. They gave us the beautiful finish we wanted, and the crew was very conscientious, thorough, and did a gorgeous job. We’ve had our floors done before and I can say these guys were far superior in their prep and finishing skills. We love our new floors! The crew that refinished our floors were beyond professional, on time, friendly and left our home spotless. The quality of workmanship is excellent. I had a few questions and Todd, the owner, personally called me to address them within minutes of my texting him. Incredible customer service and the results are gorgeous. We will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. 5 stars on everything!
