I am left with this odd smudge of sorts about 25 feet into my basement, after being asked to try to “wipe” it with a towel, the lady in management said that she would send someone out to fix it and get back with me, she calls back after I reached out again to tell me that she wouldn’t be sending anyone and that we must have left this mark on the floor, over 25 feet inside! So much for their warranty. There are no pipes over it, so no leaks of any kind. There is another similar spot to this right in the middle too. It would’ve been absolutely impossible for us to fly through the wet basement and leave this mark on the floor. All she wanted to do is argue it. Incredibly sad customer service. I hope there are no other issues in the future because I wouldn’t count on that “warranty”. Unbelievable that we would spend a fortune on this to be left hanging out to dry!

Gator guard seem to have the best product so decided to go with them for refinishing basement flooring. Crew with Kyle as lead were absolutely outstanding; Very meticulous in every detail and respectful of the home property. Finished product looks great, especially with the finishing touches in hard to reach areas. With a lifetime warranty, I am assuming the durability will also be great. Extremely satisfied with overall experience

They were here on time courteous, and did a wonderful job. We had the white glove service made it easy to get our garage stuff secured in their trailer. Very professional floor looks great
