I can not say thank you enough to Jeff the owner, Jeff the “investigator” and Troy “the Fixer” (and crew). After 8 months of dealing with our building contractor to fix a major problem, Carpetland stepped up to take care of the problem even though it was not their problem. Everyone treated us with respect and went up and beyond to make us happy. The kindness everyone showed us, guarantees we will be doing more business with Carpetland in the future.

I’ve been using carpet land for many years and have had great service of course most people don’t leave reviews unless they have a bad experience. I had them put some carpet in a hallway apartment complex and somehow we got the wrong carpet installed. I went back to the store thinking I was going to have to argue with them to tell them that the wrong carpet was installed. But right away the owner, Jeff told me that they were sorry and let’s get the right carpet put in I think that’s when you can tell you’re working with a great company when there’s a problem and they get it taken care of with no issues. Thanks again for your great service and installation for the past 20 years. 10 Stars if I could

I can’t say enough about Jeff at Carpetland! He helped me find exactly what I wanted and went out of his way to get my rug to me in time for a special event! Just a wonderful experience!!!!

Too big for their own good and lack customer service. I used them to build my home and I cannot get them to call me back for a warranty claim. The product is good but will lose clients every time if they do not call clients back. I will not use this business on any of my other homes going forward. Customer service will win all the time.

Awesome customer service. When Carpetland couldn’t help with a small, quick-turn install job, one of their employees was kind enough to connect me with someone that could. Appreciate them going above and beyond to help folks out!

I would give them zero stars if I could. We did two $25,000 projects with them in our child development center. The first one we did in 2021 and the second shortly after that. Immediately after the first one was installed I called with issues regarding the LVT separating. They sent the installer out to fix it and we continued to have issues. They claimed it was the glue so we decided to proceed with our second project and the sales person ordered a different glue for the flooring and were supposedly working to start the warranty claim on the other project to get the correct. Well, fast forward to 2023 and our floor still looks AWFUL and they are now avoiding our phone calls. The owner has even stated “he’s too busy.”
