We made several appointments with Juan Deleon who promised many times to provide an estimate. We attempted several times to contact him after he did not show up for an appointment to get a definite time we might expect him. Instead of taking our calls, he declined them but funny enough when we contacted him from an unknown number he answered our texts. If it’s this difficult to get him to show for an estimate, imagine how much faith you might have in having given him a deposit for work that he doesn’t show up to complete. Not worth taking the chance on someone so completely unreliable!

DeLeon did an incredible job restoring my Terrazzo floors, which were the original floors from when my house was built in 1956. Beforehand, the floors were incredibly dirty and had some damage too. Afterward, 90% of the floor looks brand new. The floors upgraded the look of the entire house. I could not be any happier with the final result. It is worth it to restore terrazzo if you have it! And DeLeon is a great company to do the work.

Juan DeLeon and his crew did a great job. They were the kind of guys I felt perfectly comfortable having in our home. Our floors are 70 years old and the room they did looks like it has new grout. We will have them back to do more.

Did an extremely poor job on cleaning/restoring floors. Took a small job and made a complete mess of it, was dishonest about what was used to seal floors. Charged professional rates and was anything but professional. Will work harder to get negative reviews off Google than on your floors.

Not impressed. I had one of my employees on-site to assist in moving furniture so they could polish the floors. There were three guys on-site and would not move the furniture with one of my guys, whom I was paying to be on-site at my house. The moral of the story if you won’t move the furniture they wont work. I would never recommend these guys if you have a house full of furniture. Spoke Juan the owner and he told him I provided what I said at an additional cost to me. He wouldn’t assist and I asked them to leave my home. Wasted day, wasted my time and one of my employees time. Unless you are a furniture mover or have an empty home look for another vendor.
