They gave me an estimate and never showed up. They never called to say they were no longer coming or anything. Just completely left us hanging. Its been a week from the planned date of work and still absolutely zero word. I called on the day they were supposed to install my gutters and left a message asking what time they would be arriving that day. No answer. No callback. NO SHOW. He had called 3 days in advance stating he’d be there Friday to install them. Didn’t install them. Do not recommend.

4 months ago I wrote a very negative review about this company. To their credit Brian, an owner, called me asking to make the situation right. After some discussion I agreed. They stuck with their original quote even though prices had risen. The crew was very professional, friendly and efficient. The finished job was excellent. I want to thank Brian and his team for their efforts. Would definitely recommend this company!!

Done Right installed new windows, siding and gutters for us last summer. I was impressed from start to finish! Brian and Corey and their crew were professional, skilled and friendly. Done Right was amazing!! They installed our new door system and storm door and made suggestions that I LOVED and would never even think of on our own. They know the business and know what works best. I would use them again in the future for projects. Fun crew and very clean. Can’t thank them enough for our beautiful entry 💜
