Broadway Carpets repaired our LVP today. They did a great job! I asked about what I can use to clean it and learned a lot of the products like Swiffer solution or Fabuloso and even vinegar is not good for LVP. One of men mopped the entire floor for me!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very happy with the new carpet install in my bedroom. If you don’t know what you want or trust your design instincts, ASK FOR ELLEN! She looked at photos of my walls, drapes, current carpet and the floors that connected to the bedroom, as well as my budget considerations, and suggested the perfect carpet to enhance the room and make it feel cohesive. I am blown away with how beautiful my bedroom looks now and no longer hate my curtains. The carpet install team was also A+. They arrived on time, were friendly, did a beautiful job and left without a trace of mess left behind. When we’re ready to carpet the other bedrooms, I will call Ellen first!

Best place in Knoxville to buy carpet. Great selection, great prices, fast and easy installation, knowledgeable sales people always willing to help. We only carpet the bedrooms, and Broadway Carpet has been doing the installation for many many years. No need to go to West Knoxville and fight traffic!🙂 …

Excellent service and communication which is sorely lacking at other places. Everything was shown and explained fully. I am absolutely in love with my flooring and installation service. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again. Ellen was our salesperson and she is hands down the best. Always called when she said took care of everything. Pleased beyond belief.

I have no doubt I had the best 2 installers I have ever dealt with. Very nice very careful and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. My experience started with Ellen Barfield, she helped me with pricing and matching my old hardwood floors (that were no longer made) with new ones that matched perfectly. If I were shopping for floors I would go to Broadway Carpets INC. 100 percent.
