About 6 months ago Johnson & Sons removed my grandfather’s carpet and put in hard wood flooring. They did not level the floor correctly Leaving humps in multiple places and put multiple holes in the wall and quarter. None of the employees spoke English. Just to further the already horrid experience they left the job half done for two weeks making the house unlivable. The salesman nor would the operations manager answer phone calls about when they would be back to finish the job. Avoid this company like the plague. (The holes higher in the wall have already been patched by us so it was hard to get a picture of them)

Early March I ordered a transition. The sales person on the phone was very thorough and courteous. Credit card information was provided and hopefully the order was placed. The first week of April I called to check on it and call you back. “In transit”. 2nd and third week of April the same. “In transit” we’ll check on it and call you back. Not once has there ever been a return call. Last week I called, the sales person put me on hold. When he returned, he said it had arrived and was probably there a month but it hadn’t been paid for. He didn’t understand what was happening as he stated they had all of my payment information. He would check and call me back. Once again no phone calls. Now I have called 3 times only getting voice mail and no return calls. Finally at 11:48 am Monday April 29th I left a message cancelling the order and requested a confirmation it was cancelled. No return call . It is my opinion this is very poor business practice and extremely inconsiderate to not inform me of any issues. And I hate to bring up old issues but they never followed up on easy repairs over 6 months ago and I finally did it myself. They receive a two, which would be much higher, due to the variety and quality of product and install.

They completed the job quickly and professionally and demonstrated respect for my home and my furnishings, ensuring a seamless transition to the new floors. This was our second time dealing with Nelson and he was super awesome. He was Professional and really knowledgeable about the products. We purchased kitchen cabinets and are super excited about them ,granite countertops and now LVP flooring. They also a wide variety and plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend Johnson and sons flooring for all flooring needs!

I reached out to Johnson and Sons looking for pictures of samples for a product that isn’t available to me locally yet (we’re in WNY), they sent photos of the larger sample boards that they have so that I could get a better idea of the color, since it’s so hard to tell from those tiny samples/mohawk visualizer online. Absolutely fantastic customer service!

We received excellent service from everyone we came in contact with at Johnson & Sons Flooring. Vincent in sales was especially helpful in finding the wood flooring that we liked, and at a fair price. Delivery and installation for 4 rooms was on time and very professional.
