Absolutely phenomenal service. Came out same day on a weekend holiday. He actually ended up keeping me from buying more than I needed which is unheard of from a person who make their living on sales. Highly recommended.

They replaced carpet in bedroom. Matched existing floor in hallway. You can’t tell where floor from hall and bedroom meet. Cleaned up. No mess. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If this company handles flooring installs the way that they drive, then AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They apparently think they can cut people off while nearly slamming into them, followed by multiple lane changes while cutting more people off, all to avoid sitting at a red light.

I Must say this was my 1st Time doing Home Improvement…. I called Innovation Floors they came out gave me Free Estimate which by the way was unbeatable rate.. Rocyne Silva was very helpful in helping me make the right decision on my flooring project… I must say when the Job was complete all I can say well done … Job well done …. From start to finish not one complaint…. Thanks again Rocyne Silva… Looking Forward to future project..

Im only leaving this review bc I have no way to find out who was driving one of your trucks this morning around 8:40am in Marietta. This guy basically runs me off the road, he comes into my lane with no signal light nothing. I blew the horn slightly to get his attention, & he blowed the horn right back at me as he proceeded to come into my lane. I was forced to slam on brakes to avoid the other car in the next lane. This guy is reckless & could’ve cost your company money in a bad accident as well as injured me. Driver training is key in this box trucks. This is the tag# qfd2379 of the truck.

We are so happy with Ross and his crew and the work they did refinishing our 1948 hardwood floors after 30+ years of being covered by carpet. The result is even more beautiful than we imagined! We will definitely be recommending Innovation Floors to everyone!

We had our very beat up hardwood floors refinished and Innovation Floors did a great job. I wanted to drastically change the color and they worked with me to get it right. The final product is amazing. They process was easier than expected and they kept me well informed. They were patient as I asked all my questions. I would definitely recommend them!!

These guys were amazing and the floors came out better than we could have imagined! They ripped out our engineered hardwoods and replaced our entire downstairs with porcelain tile. Great communication, quick turn around, friendly crews, reasonably priced. Could not recommend Rocyne Silva and his guys enough.

These guys are simply amazing. I needed hardwood for my dining room and could not match the wood and grade used in the house using other dealers. Innovation Floors not only matched the floor but installed it flawlessly at a very reasonable price. They are truly professionals and arrived on time, installed the floors, cleaned up and did all of this in about 2.5 hours. They have this thing down to a science! I’m truly impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. Awesome job. Rocyne Silva is great to work with and responded to all my calls and texts in a timely manner. Innovation Floors will definitely do more work at my house! 3/29/18 update: These guys did another amazing job installing my hardwood stairs today. Professional hard working crew.
