Bill and his team are amazing! We have used them twice now – once for a hardwood floor sand/refinishing project and once for a brand new wood floor install in multiple rooms. In both cases they did a stellar job. Bill and his team are kind, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and committed to see the job through to perfection. Bill went above and beyond, and we’ve loved the end result at both houses. Note – the first time we hired him was for the refinish job and he was referred to us by another flooring company that said our job was “complicated” and to get the color we wanted we should go to Bill Aardema. A referral from a competitor! Go with Bill, you won’t regret it. So happy we did.

Bill went above and beyond to provide a quote, schedule, and complete my hardwood floor restoration in a very short time frame. I just bought a a new home and have a few projects that need to be done first before I can move in (the hardwood floors were one of them). Thanks to Bill and his team, I am able to move in sooner than anticipated since they were able to work me into their schedule. And, I am absolutely thrilled with the results. We recently purchased a 96 y.o. home with oak floors throughout that were very damaged from extensive wear and pets. Bill Aardema did a home visit and assured me that they were worthy of repair and refinishing. The floors are now beautiful beyond what we ever thought possible. He is an expert in wood flooring repairs and we thoroughly appreciated his entire team! They were professional, flexible and took great care to make sure the floors were beautiful for show. The job was finished completely after Bill had kindly made several changes in his scheduling at our request due to timeline problems with other work in the home occurring simultaneously. The entire team was easy to work with and the took lots of care to make sure we would love the finished product. We do!

We had a situation where we thought we we would find hardwood under bedroom carpet, but old vinyl sheet flooring was discovered to be between the carpet and the hardwood. This was difficult because we had moved out of our bedrooms so that the floors could be done, and this obviously presented a delay. I was very impressed by the effort that Bill Aardema made to communicate with us and the way that he fit our job into their schedule. The quality of the work was excellent and his crew matched an existing section of hardwood that was already finished. Highly recommended.

Bill and his team came in and rescued a job half done. Even though he was booked out way into the future he got us complete quickly. The floors look great and we have had a lot of compliments. Highly recommend.

Three years ago, Bill and team refinished our worn hardwood floors in 3 adjoining rooms. These rooms have had heavy foot traffic and the floor is still a source of pride. Thanks Aardema for your excellent quality and value.

Aardema Wood Floors refinished 500 sq ft of existing hardwood flooring and installed 1100 sq ft of new hardwood flooring that was sanded, stained and sealed on-site. The finished flooring matches perfectly and provides a great flow throughout our house. This was a major project that required coordination and expertise by Bill Aardema and his hardworking crew. Highly recommend!
