Kahului Carpet just replaced the flooring in our commercial kitchen upcountry. We worked with Mike for an estimate and Justin did the actual work on the floor which took one solid day. We are so happy with the new floor and it was so amazing working with Mike and Justin. Very helpful, responsible people and a delight to work with. The service was unprofessional from the start. It took weeks for the carpet to come in because they said that the shipment got lost. Then, when it finally arrived, we had to wait for an available day installment which took more weeks. And on the day of installment, they only then decide to measure the new carpet and cut it taking several trips on the day of installment. At 4pm, they asked if they could come back tomorrow since they were not finished. We had plans (my sons 14th birthday party) for the installment to be done efficiently taking several hours. This kind of service is unacceptable, unapologetic, and inefficient in organizing and installing from the start to finish.

I highly recommend Kahului Carpet! We have a vacation rental, and needed help with our carpeting. Mike was so helpful and courteous from our first phone call to the actual installation. Very happy with the result. Very happy with the service. We will be back as we have future projects!

purchased cortex flooring for all the bedrooms in my house. pricing was perfect, chad williams helped me with the amount i needed and he estimated it perfectly. overly happy with dealing with this company i would not recommend dealing with anyone else
