Candace and Pat do beautiful work and even more importantly, are the kind of people that you aspire to be. Great communication, thorough. They are working on a large project with us and just finished a huge section. One of many challenges was painting this black industrial ceiling. It’s stunning and elegant against beautiful windows. We had some challenges finding adjacent skilled trades and they knew who to call. Their judgement and values are spot on. Thank you both! Looking forward to the next section as we tackle resilient doors and concrete/steel steps.

Amazing work! They were so kind and respectful throughout the entire process. They moved very quickly and got my entire house taken care of in the timeline provided. They were honest and genuine, would recommend them to anyone wanting flooring or painting done!

Always a fast response when you call or text . Very willing to do the work around our schedule . Had no problem with adding on small things too really set our project off for the High End Look ! They made our Contractor Grade bathroom Look like a Mansion !

Pat and Candace installed vinyl flooring throughout our entire house. They were very communicative, and always kept us up to date on their progress/timeline of the work. They were very thorough and transparent during the whole job. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Pat and Candace applied stain to our playset. They were prompt, communicative, and did an outstanding job as the wood now looks as good as new. Will be using them next time we need some work done around the property.

Pat and Candice- do high level, quality and professional work. They have a great eye and attention to detail. They redid the flooring in our whole house- 2300 sq ft. Room transitions was a big deal to me and they made every room flow seamlessly. The painting they did was exceptional too. Great, trustworthy people to have in every corner of your house. We highly recommend them!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience with Pat and Candace at Affordable Painting & Floor Installation was! When I called for an estimate, Candace assisted me and got an estimate scheduled right away at their next available time. On the day of the estimate, I received a text confirming that they were en route to our appt – and they were extremely prompt. Our project was to paint our master suite (bedroom, walk in closet and master bath) – walls, doors, trim and crown molding. The price I was quoted was extremely fair and well under other estimates from other painters I had received, and they were extremely friendly yet professional. Not only that – but we purchased our paint thru the business as well – Pat and Candace use only the best grade Sherwin Williams paint! The date was then set for the project to begin the following Monday -estimated at taking about 3-4 days to complete. The day of the project they were SO PROMPT 😃 Needless to say, the project turned out amazing and we LOVE our newly painted master suite! Pay and Candace were extremely communicative the entire time, and even went as far to fix some drywall issues the contractor that flipped our house had left behind – some of those issues are completely gone now and some Pat was able to make look SO MUCH BETTER! These folks are meticulous, honest, and do fantastic work. You won’t be disappointed! 😃 – The Faulkners
