Was hired by my contractor as a subcontractor to do my Italian European Oak floors. There were hammer marks in the floors, gaps that I can fit a dime in, multiple spaces between the boards also an area where they just kicked sawdust and wood shavings in then laid flooring on top of that. Very upset. Under no circumstances would I every recommend them for any work in my house.

A&B has done floors for our family for years. We are always pleased with the service and professionalism. The finished product is always top notch. I highly recommend this family owned and operated company.

We just had our old wood floors refinished before we put our home on the market. Chad and his crew did a fantastic job. He was timely, professional kept me updated when a few issues at my home caused some minor delays. Chad even applied an additional coat of polyurethane above the contract as he felt it was needed. Would highly recommend!

We used A&B flooring to replace the builders carpet in our home 7 years ago. The overall installation was done well so when we recently wanted to add additional flooring in our master bedroom I contacted them to discuss our plans. I spoke to someone and explained our needs and was told they will review our file and get back to us. This was a week ago. I called and left messages on two different dates and never heard back. I can only assume that they have so much business that our small project was not important which is fine. I can only say from a business perspective at least have the courtesy to let us know. I know we and I am sure most people would rather have expectations managed then have to assume as we have. The irony we have since decided to add additional areas and have moved on to another company.

Run, don’t walk, from this company . I had them to come out and refinish my hardwood floors (1600 sq ft) . They were left streaked (you can actually see the brush strokes) with some areas being lighter than others. The cost was north of $5k. I called them to complain and was told that the floors needed time to “cure”. I waited for another year and called them back out . They admitted that they could see the issues and re-stained them again (the last step in the process). Had the audacity to charge me $1000 to do this …Still looks the same. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them . In regards to your response, my floors are in pristine condition. I only used you guys to darken the color. Dont try to say they are damaged to save face ..i can post photos EVERYWHERE. You did not make it right and you messed up the color. I have before and after pictures, so dont play this game with me . Your invoice shows that you only changed the color and no repairs were made ..now everyone can see that you are not honest too. and I have a copy of the check too. Even if you don’t use brushes, sponges or whatver you used that left marks on the floor . Ok, 4500 plus $900 to try to fix is north of $5k. If you felt like your company wasnt up to the task, then you shouldn’t have taken the job. Had no issues taking my money .

Chad at A&B is what I would call a the “master of stain”. We hired A&B to help finish our son’s nursery after my husband and I attempted to do it ourselves we quickly ran into issues with stain. Chad came and fixed/ re-stained the pine wood we had and helped us complete our Pinterest perfect nursery! They are a family owed and operated company and you can tell that the skills and knowledge they have about wood and stain has been passed down from the generations. I would highly recommend A&B for all of your hard wood floors or staining needs.
