Irvine Carpet & Flooring replaced carpet for me in Jan, 2022. Eric came to my house to do free measurement. Before we made the final decision, we talked to Eric back and forth many times. He always answered our questions with great patience. The carpet was installed with high quality. We are very satisfied about it. I would like to refer Irvine Carpet & Flooring to my friend.

Stay away. After agreeing and signing a contract, the carpet availability pushed out by a month, which messed up all my plans to move into a house. The only argument I heard was that it is not their fault but the manufacturer fault. Even if that was true, It is really bad. A business who has no control over their suppliers are not trustworthy. Don’t fall into the same trap and find someone else who can manage their business better and meet their commitment for schedule and pricing.
