We’re very pleased with our GatorGuard experience. We had them do our back patio area. John came to our house and helped us pick what solution would work best for us. James and Kenny handled the application. They were friendly, prompt and best of all very detail oriented! We have motorized screens with tracks that touch the concrete and the guys were very careful and precise near those areas as well as the patio stairs and the house siding. They even caught a lizard that was roaming around near the patio! Great guys, excellent customer service, highly recommend!

From the first visit with the estimator to the last visit from the gentlemen unloading my items from the storage trailer, everyone was polite, respectful, and professional. Communication was excellent. They repaired the floor before applying the layers of coatings. I highly recommend GatorGuard.

Gator guard did a wonderful job on my pool deck. Those poor men worked in 90+ degree heat with a heat index of over 100. They patched all the cracks and now our pool deck looks like it was just put in new. They just finished last night so I will post again after we get to walk on it and get a good close look at it. The only suggestion I have is they should put visqueen down over the pool cover and use 12” painters tape to tape to edge of the pool. That way the concrete dust and chips do not get in the water and all over the cover.

Excellent workmanship. Very professional and the work was performed expediently. Did see some minor damage done to one of my long ladders hooks attached to the wall .. Would like to see that repaired before I can have that ladder rehung.

Travis, RJ, and Juan finished our garage floor in Charlotte on May 23-24. They did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the results! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and great communicators. They made sure we knew exactly what to do and expect throughout the process. I also appreciated that they cleaned as they worked – they even went above and beyond by cleaning the outside of my dusty garage door just so everything would look nice. I highly recommend this company and these three gentlemen.
