WOW – we had an amazing experience start to finish. Hasan was wonderful to work with. We compared options at a dozen different stores and EZ Floors was the best. I really appreciated how straightforward the process was and the transparent pricing. Our installers Escobar and Raul were excellent. They were respectful and clean. We LOVE our new floors!!!! Highly recommend this company to anyone needing new flooring. Ask for Hasan!

I was shopping around for 1,600 sf of wood floor replacement services and came across this store. I stayed with them because of their exceptional service, price and quality of work. Hasan was extremely helpful and compassionate, taking away our anxiety of undergoing such a project. He was also able to give us a very good price, for both material and installation. Their installer Escobar and team were top notch as well – trustworthy, meticulous and thorough. I will not hesitate to come back for any future projects like cabinets and tiles.

Horrible service. We ordered laminate from this store, the sales rep told us someone would give us a call 3-5 business days later when the materials arrive to their warehouse. Guess what? NO ONE even bothered to call us for two weeks until I called. They charged us, but did not care for the customer to actually receive the merchandise. Two weeks later I inquired about materials and they gave us instructions to pick them up ONLY on workdays before 3.30pm. WTH? Like people are out of work and aren’t able to pick up anything during weekends. OK, my husband took time off from work to pick up the flooring, drove there on a work day for an hour during the time they told us to. I called to verify that materials would be given to him. To which the rep cavalierly informed me that no one was at the warehouse to load the materials. My husband drove for an hour investing his time from work for this pick up and he was simply refused the merchandise we paid for. The rep on the phone told me he would cancel the order. A week later no refund. I had to contact EZ floors again to find out where it was,,and if course no one cared about it. Now they are saying they want a restocking fee for their breached contract. They did not release the materials, refused to give them to us, and now want to charge us for their sloppiness and contract breach.

Recently, we were looking to remodel our home and we were looking to install modern style watepproof and scratch proof Vinyl flooring, we visited multiple stores to look for options and alternatives. Our search stopped at Ez Floor because of Hasan Kamal. He showed us the variety that EZ floor had to offer. As we had done shopping around, we thought thy pricing Hasan offered was very competitive. He took care of our need and gave us a really good flooring at a competitive cost. Hasan was very professional, and friendly to work with.

I just had a great experience with Hasan at the 1557 W Sam Houston Pkwy location. He helped me every step of the way as I renovated my kitchen with new countertops and backsplash. I feel like he quoted a fair price and then assigned the right craftsmen to complete the job. We hit a snag when unforeseen water damage was discovered but he patiently worked through the problem. Go see him for a job done right!

Hasan was very helpful and considerate. He went beyond what most sales people would to ensure we were able to find what we needed. My floor looks fantastic! I did have an issue with the molding around the baseboards, (NOT EZ Floors fault), it was a problem from original installation many years ago. So the 1/4 rounds supplied did not really work. I returned the 1/4 rounds to the store and again Hasan stepped up and helped me out and made things right. This house has never had flooring this nice before. Thank you Hasan and EZ Floors. Good Job!

Exceptional service and price. Just stop looking because I did the leg work for you. We needed to replace carpet with vinyl for about 800 sqft second floor and stair. I got 3 quotes from 3 other stores, but thought they sounded a bit high, and then I came across EZ floor. Hasan the sales rep was the nicest guy ever to work with and didn’t try to sell anything other than what we needed. He quoted me half the price of the other stores for both labor and materials. I had to confirm with them because I didn’t believe it. The installation crew had a backlog of work (no surprises) so 2 weeks later they came and get the job done in 2 days. There were a lot of thoughtful things they did that I really appreciated. It was a perfect experience from beginning to end and I’ll go to these guys in a heartbeat next time I need to deal with floors. Best purchase we made for our new home.

My 2″ x 2″ floor tiles in my shower were coming off (26″ x 40″ floor in my shower). I went by EZ Floors at 1557 W Sam Houston Pkwy N #110 Houston 77043 to see how much it would cost to remove the old tile and install new 2″ x 2″ tile. The area of my shower floor is 26″ x 40″. The guy there told me that to replace the small 26″ x 40″ floor in my shower they would have to tear out my whole shower because they couldn’t guarantee it otherwise and the cost would be from $5,000.00 to $6,000.00. I could not believe it and I asked him that to replace a small area of floor tile would cost me $5K minimum.? He said “yes”. So I offered to prepare and sign a waiver to release EZ Floor from any liability and he said “No”. After this I received 5 additional bids from other tile guys and the most expensive of these 5 bid was $275 including the tile and materials. I ended up choosing another tile guy that charged me $135,00 with everything furnished, EZ Floors are definitely not recommended and I believe they have issues with integrity.
