TERRIBLE service. Their people messed up on installing a transition strip between wood and tile. It started to come up after 4 weeks. When I called them to schedule a repair, they had me wait from 8AM-12PM for their worker to be here. Worker called at 10:30AM to say he was on the way, and didn’t get here until 2PM. After being here for about 2 minutes, he said he was done. The strip was worse off than before he started. I don’t know if the office is disorganized, or if the worker took a 3-hour break in the middle of the day. But I’m worse off on the work, after having waited for their guy for 6 hours today. I tried to resolve this directly with the company. When I called the office, they took my initial call, and said they would let the “Area Manager” know, which does nothing for the time I wasted. When the worker said he was done, after making things worse, the office wouldn’t pick up my call.

We just built with Devon St Homes and for some reason they have chosen this subpar flooring company. I have had the privilege of working with numerous flooring companies in the greater Houston area to be able to call it as I see it SUBPAR. This company was responsible for all of my flooring including my carpet that they either cut short in some rooms which if you know flooring will cause seams to show due to over stretching and gaps along the baseboards. The tile work in both suites and guest bathroom looks like a drunk two year old installed it. There might be more thunder showing than the white grout. The tools they use must be hard to find replacement blades for, as all of the cuts look like they were done with hammer and chisel. I would be happy to show pictures of all of this as have with our builders. Not only are they subpar with their work, let’s talk about accountability. They will not take responsibility for their crews as if it is the homeowner or builder that installed any of these materials, must have been the other trades that caused the thunder to show through, must have been the builder who cut the carpet short. Then you call them to come out and look one day and a week later they show back up with the wrong carpet color and wrong padding. Then a week later we do it all over again, and now 6 weeks into this I still don’t have my tile fixed or my carpet and I am sure it is someone else’s fault according to them. Never will I ever recommend this company, save your money and have anyone else including your neighbor install your tile and flooring.

Nice people, but the place is a zoo. Enter through San Houston Parkway. Tight spots for a semi, but doable. Delivery hours from 9 to 3 as of 7-7-22. Full of small contractors early morning. No night parking.
