Nelson and crew just refinished our dining room floor and we are very happy with the results. The floor looks great! Nelson was very prompt coming out to look at the job and doing the work. Nelson and his crew did a beautiful job on the wood floors in my 70 year old house. They had been covered by wall-to-wall carpet for the last 45 years and needed repairs as well as TLC. The floors turned out so well, I asked them to come back and do the two rooms that had not had original wood floors with new flooring. Efficient, professional, and delivered great value to the job.

We live in a very old house with wood floors that were painted with thick black paint. Nelson and team transformed them into the floors of my dreams, I never thought they could look so gorgeous! Nelson was extremely responsive and attentive from Day 1. A major shout out to Welmer who went above and beyond, not missing a single detail, he is truly a master at his craft. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have beautiful floors of their own. 10/10 experience and finished product.

Called on a Wednesday and got my floor fixed the very next day for a great price! Before and after photos show it all. Authentic floors did a great job and we will definitely be using them in the future for all our flooring needs. They did a great job cleaning up and explaining the aftercare to keep it nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality work.

From start to Finish, Nelson was very attentive to details. Starting with an appointment to give a written quote, to updates, to completion. He and his crew moved all the furniture out and returned once floors were complete to move back in. He and his crew worked long and hard to complete a full 3 bedroom rancher in 3 days. They protected wardrobes and wall hanging from dust with plastic. They removed carpet and tack strips, sanded, repaired, stained and applied several layers of topcoats. The results look and feel amazing!

We hired Nelson and his team from Authentic Floors to refinish the hardwood floors in our foyer and family room. They took floors which were looking old and depressed and put new life back into them. They did a better than we could have imagined. We looked at other hardwood flooring companies in the Hagerstown area and found Authentic Floors to be most responsive, knowledgeable, friendly to work with, respectful of our home, and competitively priced. Nelson provided an estimate for minor scratches to old hardwood floors in a rental. Nelson was very knowledgeable and experienced with this and provided a very competitive bid for the job. After buffering and recoating were completed, the floors had no scratches remaining and looked great! The service and professionalism were superb and the job was completely in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!!!

Nelson did a great job on our living room, hallway and 3 bedrooms. Worked over the weekend to finish while we were travelling, and gave us a great price. And the floors look great!! Highly recommend.
