My wife and I started looking at getting our shower replaced almost a year ago and wanted to explore all the options possible because this was going to be a one time event that will be lasting forever for us! We looked at every possible option that we thought we would be happy with! We found Joel’s floor coverings by word of mouth and decided to check them out and possibly get a quote! They had a great selection of tile and we were interested in getting a tile shower installed instead of the solid coverings we had looked at from several different companies over the year. They had a great selection of tile and potions for us to choose from. They were very helpful, showing us all the materials and explaining how the work would be done we felt that we were ready to go on with the project as soon as possible! They were very patient and answered all of our questions Jeff and Beverly did the work and were very prompt and courteous. They cleaned up behind themselves every day before leaving and explained what they were doing to keep us informed of the process. We enjoyed getting to know them and were very happy with their work and the finished product . We highly recommend Joel’s floor covering if you’re looking for a new shower or anything that has anything to do with tile or flooring!

We had old carpet taken up and vinyl planking installed. The office Guys were very helpful and polite. The price was very affordable. The installation date was quickly set. The installation went smoothly and the floor is prettier than I expected. The installation crew was very polite and did not mind me saying please move the furniture an inch more one way or the other! We definitely recommend Joel’s Flooring.

We’ve used Joel’s flooring over the past 3 years since moving to Greenwood for hardwood, carpet and tile. Hopefully we are finished with the remodeling. This week we had Omar and Hector install carpet (they were recommended by Joel’s) . We just got new carpet installed from Joel‘s for all of our bedrooms, about 1100 ft. They went above and beyond to find the style that I wanted. The price was also the best compared to other companies that I quoted in Greenwood. The service was outstanding. They gave us the quote very quickly and came out and measured right away. Then after we placed the order, the carpet only took about a week to get in. They scheduled the install for just a few days after that. The install crew was extremely quick clean and efficient. They did a very professional job installing the carpet and went above and beyond to make sure the seams were in the best places to hide them. They were also very careful moving and replacing our furniture. One of the best experiences I have had in Greenwood with sales and service and I would highly recommend Joel’s for any flooring needs!
