This is undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. – It took 7 days for a project manager to show up to the job site after the company told me that Dustin “forgot he had the job” and acknowledged no one showed up – I spent 20+ hours project managing the job between me and my partner – the caulking was done 3 times because it was unacceptable (still unacceptable) – they went through 2x the tile required due to errors (thousands of dollars) – they chipped my brand new tub in 2 places – they had to redo my niche – Scott Blackwell acknowledged the job was “B-“ work but wouldn’t fix it – When requesting a refund, he said he’d have his lawyer call me and got up and left my house (no lawyer phone call and zero point of contact for me to call) – I’ve emailed Bryan Park (owner) and have not gotten a reply DO NOT use this company. They did not do great work (or acceptable for that matter). Far more importantly, their leadership is rude and unethical.

They seem nice. They just want to sell you a floor. They will say anything to sell it. They don’t even install floors. They use contractors. And pay them less than a 3rd of what you pay them. They are overworked and stressed out. Kill this business. Go with small business instead. Or you can fight with these guys till you wear out. Good luck.

Hunter provided a hardwood flooring estimate for us. He was very responsive and followed up after the estimate. Once we scheduled for the repair, the crew and Travis, the person overseeing the project, were on time and communicated with us before the appointment. There was a miscommunication with the work order – our contract stated that the flooring company would provide all materials but their work order said we would provide the stain. Before work started, I informed Travis and the crew that I wanted the repair to match the current flooring and that the 2 stains showed to me were not a match. Then assured me they would match it. After the repair, the new stain is lighter. This was brought to Travis’ attention when he came back the next day for payment and we also communicated this to Hunter. There has been no response from the team. The crew applied 2 coats of finish in 1 day, which was different from what Hunter had told us at the estimate. He said they would come back 2 weeks later for the 2nd finish. Overall, floor repaired but does not quite match and company not responsive in this regard.

This has been the worst possible experience EVER. I could not have even imagined a straight forward project like installing new hardwoods could go so poorly. The total time estimated was 1a d a half weeks. We are now heading into our 6th week and a portion of our living room, my office and our coat closet is still not done. The amount measured for the hardwoods was incorrect twice so we had to re-order and wait for materials two times. This also cost us an additional $5000 in materials we had not budgeted for. Then our installers quit because they were subcontractors and said they were losing money because of how long everything was taking. We were supposed to have others come out to finally finish it yesterday and we were told every two hours they would come in two hours until they never showed up. Today is starting out the very same. Buyer beware! You will regret hiring this company!

I have had the pleasure of working with Cory, and I have never met another man who is more determined, hardworking, trustworthy and committed to making sure the job is done right. He will follow up, follow through and follow back to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied every step of the way.

Dan’s team at footprints were great to work with. They showed up on time and did solid quality work! This is the second time we have used Footprints and worked with Dan’s team. We will call them again for our next project.

Less then a year after our install boards are popping out directly in the middle of our kitchen and multiple other places. Transition strips have popped off multiple times. The more I look around the more disappointed I get at the poor quality. The nice lady that came out to do our estimates was awesome and she deserves 5 stars alone for her work but at this point that’s about it as the actual work is poor. Won’t let me post pictures or I would.

The people at Footprints are very nice but in my experience customer service is not important to them. I gave them a deposit to have work done, and after 40 days (and three different scheduled appointments to have the work done,) I got so upset and gave up on them and asked them to give me my deposit back. The first time they were scheduled to come out between 8 and 9AM and nobody showed up. I finally got impatient and about 10AM I texted the Sales Rep to find out what was going on. Within about 15 minutes I got a call from the Supervisor on the job and he said said that one of the employees on the crew had an emergency. I was understanding and said to find a time to reschedule and get back with me. The Supervisor called me a week later and said he had a crew arranged to come out and do the job. When the crew showed up they quickly realized the Sales Rep didn’t quote the job properly and we didn’t have enough tile for the crew to begin the job. It was a bathroom shower job that was a little complicated, but the lead employee (Bill) was very helpful and gave me confidence in Footprints in spite of the problems I had thus far. I told the Supervisor that I would get more tile and let him know when he could have the crew come back to do the job. Once I got the additional tile I let the Supervisor know that I was ready to proceed and he told me he would let me know when Bill was available to do the job. We set up the third date for installation and I was expecting Bill and his crew to arrive between 8 and 9AM. I got a call after 9AM from someone I never spoke to before and he said that he would be out around 11AM to do the job. I was disappointed to now have another person who had never seen the job and asked him if he knew about the scope of the project. He didn’t appear to be very informed about the job but at that point I was committed and needed the job done. I waited and 11AM came and passed, and finally at 2:30PM I gave up hope and angrily called the main office and asked to speak to the General Manager. The General Manager wasn’t available but I spoke to another gentleman and he brought my deposit check out the following morning. My experience with Footprints was worthy of one star, but I’m giving them two because they are nice people and the gentleman did quickly bring my deposit check back. Their communication is horrible, and no where throughout this process were there any apologies to me for my inconveniences and all of the time I lost. The gentleman who gave me my deposit back did say this is not what they like to do.

Two years ago, we decided to have our kitchen floor redone and found some really nice tile at Floor and Decor. We were new homeowners and naive to the remodeling process, so we went with the installers provided by Floor and Decor pro services, a.k.a., Footprint Floors. This was a huge mistake. As time has gone by, it’s become apparent that they did not install our floor properly and we’re having to pay the price for it. To start off, we needed a transition for our floor and they provided no help in identifying the proper transition. They basically had us wait until the day of the install to find one. Rather than providing a custom piece that fit our floor correctly, they glued two shorter pieces together, didn’t line them up correctly and did an incredibly poor job of grouting to the point where the grout was breaking off within days of the install. Ultimately, about two months later and elevating our concerns to the owner of the company, we finally got a new installer to replace the old transition with a custom piece. I was content for a while, but then things got worse. We noticed that many of the tiles were not flush when installed. Being naive, we thought this was normal. Now that it’s been two years, the uneven installation is causing several of our tiles for crack and break. We are now looking at replacing 3-4 tiles, with small cracks on many more. THIS IS NOT NORMAL FOR A FLOOR THAT’S ONLY TWO YEARS OLD. We’ve also had other contractors point out that the installation was not done correctly. The tile we purchased was laid at a 1/2 offset, whereas it should’ve been laid at a 2/3 offset, which would’ve avoided the uneven tiles. We didn’t know this, but the installers are supposed to be experts and should’ve completed a proper installation. I am so very disappointed. I actually tried calling the company and left a message. But sadly, I haven’t heard back and wouldn’t expect to as they are clearly not a reputable company. Do your research, read reviews and never go with the installer provided by pro services. Otherwise you’ll make the same horrible mistake we have.

So helpful and so friendly! Was not pushy in the slightest, gave me all options, including some small diy fixes to save me some $. Very friendly and easy company to work with!!!
