Scott and his team did an awesome job installing vinyl flooring and tile in my condo. He came over for a consult, took measurements, and got back to me with a quote within a couple days. I provided the flooring myself as I had found some that I liked, but they offer that service if you need some help finding materials! Floor It was easy to work with, efficient, and transparent with pricing. Thanks Scott and Floor It team!

I needed to match some discontinued flooring from my kitchen, into the sunroom and Scott was helpful in finding a few options for me. He was able to fit my project in quickly, and finished in a day. I researched numerous companies in the GR area to sand and refinish the hardwood floors in my home and through the quoting process, I came away impressed by Scott’s professionalism and fair price. I ended up going with Floor It and I did not regret my decision. Scott and his crew did an amazing job on our floors, including some larger patches. They were very thorough and made sure they did everything that we wanted them to do. I highly recommend Floor It to anyone looking to have their hardwood floors refinished 👍

We just wrapped up our flooring project with FloorIt and are very pleased with the results. Scott is both thorough and professional. He outlined the scope of work in his bid and delivered exactly what we hoped for. The entire main floor of our home was a hand-scraped dark-stained hickory that we wanted sanded down and finished with a matte water-based finish. I was impressed with the amount of care and attention to detail that went into each phase of the process. Scott and Joe carefully removed all shoe molding, sanded all surfaces (which was a major major chore), applied three layers of finish, and replaced all molding. Excellent work from start to finish. The only downside was it took longer than expected, so we were displaced in the basement for a bit. But we’d do it again and I readily endorse Scott and his business.

We had two appliance professionals insist our dishwasher could not be removed from under our counter and suggested raising our counters or cutting out our flooring. We opted to try the flooring route. Scott had our dishwasher out in under an hour without damaging our floors. He could have recommended an expensive repair but found an economical solution and has a plan to fix our floor for future dishwasher repairs and replacements. We insisted on paying him more than he asked! HONEST and Knowledgeable problem solver!

The pictures speak for themselves! I included before, during, and after shots. My wife and I were looking to refinish two floors in our upstairs bedrooms. Scott and Joe were quick to respond, set up the initial evaluation appointment, supply a quote, and a week later, the project was complete. They were super responsive and provided samples of different finishes mid-project to offer options. I really liked how we worked together as a team to get the desired results. The attention to detail before, during, and after was impressive. They worked hard and left the upstairs in excellent condition post-project. Other companies that quoted the project didn’t necessarily provide the options or the value that Floor-It provided. I appreciated that they were considerate of our project budget and worked to find solutions to be within our budget. I highly recommend the Floor-It team, and I would work with them with any follow on project. Give them a chance to work with you, and you will not regret it. Definitely go with Floor-It.

The Floor It team/Scott did an amazing job refinishing our wood floors! Our floors from the 1940s had damage from previous pet stains, nail/screw holes, etc. and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Scott even came over the weekend and evenings to help get the project completed faster. They were very detailed, clean, respectful of our space, and competitively priced. I highly recommend Floor It for your wood floor refinishing project!

They do great work! Not always the best at responding in a timely manner, but still worth it. We’ve used them twice and both times they have done quality work.
