Overall very satisfied with the quality and service we received. Jamie and Sarah provided us with good communication, direction, and accommodations for our project. Nice to have a one stop shop to the experience. We ran into some obstacles with our house layout, but the team was very patient and accommodating to our needs.

Absolute Floor Covering provided a great experience for my new carpet in my home. James was courteous and on-time for the measuring appointment, and Jim did an absolutely amazing job with the carpet in my older home, he is a 40 year experienced carpet craftsman, and takes the time and energy to get the job done to the highest quality. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of carpet in the GR area.

Absolute Flooring replaced the linoleum in our laundry room and repaired the carpet in the foyer leading to the laundry room. All work was done in a timely fashion and professionally. Especially impressed with how the installer (Jim) cleaned up. We were satisfied 110%. Would use Absolute Flooring again and would recommend them without reservation. Great job!

Jamie (the owner) came out to my house for an estimate and brought some samples. I KNEW he was sincere and trusted him from the start !! The front desk gals were amazing to work with along with the two installers, Donovan and Ryan. Our floors are GORGEOUS and I’ll be singing your company’s praises for a “job well done” to anyone who will listen/or reads this !!!

These folks literally performed a Christmas miracle! We had to have a carpet replaced two days before we host Christmas and these folks came through with a two day notice! And let me tell you they did a hell of a job. We cannot thank you enough!!!

Jim was great at replacing a transition piece for us! It looks great, follow thru was great and he was professional on the installation. His experience in doing the work and taking pride in quality installation was why we would use them again! Thanks so much Jim!

Fair pricing and quality service. They were able to fit us in before our wedding reception as we had guests planning to stay at our house at the last minute. It was a huge relief to have the carpet done before our guests arrived. They went above and beyond by trying to fix the squeaky floorboards when requested. I would recommend them to family and friends.
