I had a great experience with 5-star floors. During the initial planning they were very helpful in assisting me pick out a hardwood floor for my three bedrooms. I wanted to match my current 3″ hardwood floors and they had that size available which was awesome. The timeline was executed just as they promised and the team and installation staff were professional and always available to answer any questions I had. I was so impressed with the skill of the installation team. The floors look amazing.

We used Five Star Floors last year to install new flooring in 4 different rooms in our house. We were incredibly happy with the results. The employees arrived on time and worked very efficiently. We recently had a dishwasher leak which damaged a large portion of those same floors. We called Joe right away and he responded quickly with a plan to make the necessary repairs. We just had the floors repaired and you can’t tell there was ever any damage. Joe is great to work with and we are extremely happy with their service and products.

I am so very grateful that we came across Five Star Floors. We were in need of carpet replacement and laminate floor repair. We checked out other businesses, but we just had a good feeling about this business, especially after all the stellar reviews! From meeting Jerry at our home to conduct an estimate, speaking with Joe, the owner in scheduling the install, to working with Eduardo and his helper on the day of the project, everything was seamless and easy! The carpet turned out amazing as well as the laminate floor repair. These guys are experts in their field and you can tell they take their craftsmanship to heart. I also appreciated Joe giving me a call the day after just to ensure we were happy with the job and that everything turned out well. If you have any carpet or flooring needs, please give these awesome people and their business a try! You will not be disappointed!

They say that if you need something, 1. done well, 2. done very fast and 3. for relatively cheap, you need to pick two out of three. I was in a bit of a crisis with my rental property, and Five Star delivered great floors on a rush without breaking the bank. Joe, you are awesome and really saved the day. I appreciate you!

I had planned on having flooring done by a local retail store but they were out of stock of needed supplies. Lucky for me I found 5 Star Flooring. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to arrange installation within days and it was very evident he placed the customer first. The installers Edwardo and Mario were prompt to arrive and did an excellent job. The whole process was effortless and I will definitely return for future flooring needs. I will definitely recommend 5 Star Flooring to my friends as service and cost was definitely 5 Star.

It has been just about a year since getting our flooring installed by 5 star flooring. The staff is excellent.The pricing was just right.The communication was outstanding. And the installation was a breeze. When we had concerns, the staff were very accommodating and kind to help us understand and provide a solution we were satisfied with. Cannot go wrong.

Five Star just finished up replacing the majority of the floors in our house and we could not be happier with results. Their pricing was fair and their team of installers were top notch, paying extremely close attention to detail. They were also very respectful and showed right on schedule everyday for the duration of the project. We would highly recommend Five Star Floors to anyone with an upcoming flooring project.

Eduardo & Mario just completed our replacement of carpet with wood flooring. Excellent customer service all the way from sales to install. The installers were 5mins early first day and on time day two!! Be here when you say and do the job well, that’s 5 Star Floors.. Eduardo was very professional and communicated well through the process. Love our new floors!

Excellent experience at Five Star Floors. I got a much higher quality product at a better price than the big box store or flooring outlet companies. And the installers are the best. Very detailed and quality installation. I will be calling Joe at Five Star whenever I need flooring in the future.
