Installers didn’t show up. I called store; salesperson said she would call me back. I had to call her back. Installers came same day and installed wrong carpet. Manager yelled at me on the phone then brought sample out. When I told him it didn’t even feel the same, he said I ordered grade I, but the sample is grade II. Frustrating, go somewhere else.

Sorry Ken, but we just had quite the opposite experience. Go back and ask for Michelle! She was amazing! About three weeks from selection to install. Couldn’t be happier. She even helped us match a small area with a remnant piece to keep over all project cost low. Would highly recommend! Very low pressure sales. Thank you Michelle!

Lousy customer service! I went in to get a quote on hardwood flooring to put in our living room. I spoke to a guy who was barely interested in what I needed. When I asked for a price, he briefly looked at his screen and said “my computer is down”. He took my info (I think) and said he would call me back. It’s been over a week and nothing. I don’t know what it is you do here – but it’s apparently *NOT* selling flooring. If you don’t want to do your job, at least be honest and say that instead of lying to a customer. Unlike you, I will make efforts here: To tell everyone I can about your lousy service.

They are polite and friendly they take good care of you they took good care of the Carpeting and Flooring they put installed I would highly recommend them I had gone over to Home Depot it was the worst thing I could have done.
