Adrianna was great when she showed up to give our initial estimate. When the installers came, I was so impressed by their dedication to doing a great job and ensuring that the baseboards were clean and ready for new carpet! This was a big change we needed in our home and I’m grateful for the swift and easy process.

Adrianna and the crew from Carpetland did a great job helping us with our new carpet! From helping us decide the type and quality of our carpet and pad, coming out to the house to get a proper measurement, and finally the installation of the carpet, my wife and I couldn’t be happier. This is actually our fourth time using CArpetland in Galesburg and we will keep coming back whenever there is a need. From our personal experience over the last 25 years, I would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience, once again! I cannot thank Adrianna, Tim and Tyler for a great install. They were quick about it and got it done efficiently! Our power went out and they worked around that until it came back on, even using battery operated lights to finish my walk in closet. They have done 2 houses for me now. And I keep coming back to them for more projects to be done. I couldn’t be any happier with the results Tim and Tyler gave me! I highly recommend!

I give 5 stars to all the people I worked with at the Galesburg, IL Carpetland store: Adrianna, Dan, and Brad! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Adrianna manages the store expertly and everything went smoothly – even contacting the necessary plumbing people for my specific job so I wouldn’t have to. She always made me feel special, while making sure I got the flooring I wanted. Brad, the flooring installer, had to do some very intricate work of cutting around pipes with the flooring – and his work was impeccable! He was meticulous, cleaned up after his work, and has a wonderful personality to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Carpetland for your flooring needs!

You really must go to Carpetland in Galesburg – GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE! Shout-out to Adrianna (Store Manager), Jetta (Sales Associate and Designer) and Brad (Flooring Installer). They were so helpful, knowledgeable and professional at every step of the process. Additionally, the store is beautifully remodeled, and the selection is great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
