We represent the King Farm 2 Phase 3 Condominium Association, located at 531 Lawson Way in Rockville, Maryland. We want to compliment and thank Aladdin Carpet and Floors of Rockville for the outstanding job performed for us in 2023 in recarpeting a substantial part of our four-floor condominium building. In particular, we would like to commend David Naghibi, Aladdin’s sales manager, who met and communicated with our planning committee numerous times, for his professionalism and courtesies extended to us in overseeing and supervising the installation of the carpet in our condominium building. The large size of the project required Mr. Naghibi to come out several times to meet with the members of our redesign committee, and to work with us in arriving at a suitable contract. His courteous and patient demeanor, together with his knowledge and skill in educating us on various carpet choices, were very much appreciated. In the summer of 2023, Aladdin’s installation crew arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently and professionally over a five-day period. They carefully inspected and, if needed, repaired the subfloor prior to laying the carpet, with a minium of disruption to residents. The crew was also extremely attentive to seamlessly match the wavy design of the carpet throughout our hallways. The project was completed on time and to the full satisfaction of the Board of Directors. To date, the carpet looks as good as the date is was laid, and there have been no complaints. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend the services of David Naghibi and Aladdin Carpet and Floors of Rockville.

They replaced our basement carpet with Mannington LVT and some other carpet in the house. Steve and Melvin were prompt and professional. Flooring looks amazing. Highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Aladdin Carpet & Floors. David helped us from picking our carpets to taking the time to come to the house to make precise measurements. He was always there via text, call or email. Everything from picking the carpets to the install went very smoothly. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I also have to give a shout out to Steve (the installer). The way he took his time to make sure my printed carpet on the stairs and hallway were matching was amazing.

I had an excellent experience with Aladdin Carpet! Working with David was very easy, as he helped me select the proper carpet for my condo and came out to personally measure the rooms. I received a well priced contract from him within 24 hours. I was equally impressed with Ariv and his partner who came to do the installation. They were on time, very professional, and neat! They cleaned up every scrap of carpet bits and vacuumed the rooms before they left. My new carpet is beautiful, and I look forward to doing another project with Aladdin in the near future. Highly recommend this company!
