I had very specific requirements for the type of flooring I was looking for and I went to Peek’s to just browse. Met with Areez on the floor and he was so easy to work with answering all kinds of questions, I walked out feeling this was who I wanted to do business with. While they didn’t have what I wanted in store, he was open to exploring and getting me pricing on products I liked. When I ended up liking a product that was brand new for Karndean and on their website, I reached out to Areez and he worked with them offline to get me the floors, priced within budget and truly made the buying process easy. Truly awesome experience and would highly recommend this store and Areez for your flooring and home improvement needs.

From the time we stepped into the store until the project was complete, one could have not felt more welcome and valued as a customer. Our salesman Areez is truly one of the best representatives I have had the pleasure of working with. Great communication and understanding of our needs and scope of work. A fine person and someone who cares about our satisfaction. Just great to work with. He delivered!! Great product selection at the store which certainly helped in our decision making process. Good value for products and services.

We had an amazing experience. Flooring your entire house is not an easy decision. Todd Bower gave us excellent advice when deciding which floor to buy. The crew completed the job in 1/2 the planned time. Every aspect of installation was professional and done right the first time. Todd even showed up to inspect the work after it was done. Now that was easy. It has been over 3 months now and we have found nothing wrong with any of the flooring. People visit our house and say, “What a beautiful floor!” I say, “Ask for Todd when you visit the Frisco Peeks store.”

When you ask them – you are looking for wooden floors – the guy pointed me to one corner of the store – and keep gossiping with his colleague – waited for 10 mins – walked out – is this how you expect to make $50K sale???
