This is a great way to refresh your hardwood floors if you are getting your house ready to sell. If you are looking for more long-lasting solution, maybe not. I had Mr. Sandless do the hardwoods throughout my 3875 sq. ft. ranch when I bought it 2 years ago. The rooms that get no traffic still look pretty good. The higher traffic areas not so much. And I live here alone. I was told that their water-based finish was every bit as strong as urethane. Not really. It is flaking under my breakfast table and it does not hold up to wear from my dog. All-in-all a good quick fix, but look elsewhere for a longer lasting finish. Price-wise, this service is expensive for what you get.

Can’t edit my old review but it stays the same one star to bad they don’t have negative stars. Leaving a reply 2 months later just shows how far you are behind….. Called them for a quote. Came in gave a price and wanted them to do work. No response to email text or voice mail. Guess my money isn’t good enough for them.

Sadly, this dustless removal service has ruined this partnership. It’s been 2 weeks since my “dustless” floor removal service and I am still cleaning up dust. This was my second service with this company because the first service was fantastic – responsive, patient, friendly, and more. This second time, the owner subcontracted dustless tile floor removal, and they were careless and messy. Sure, the tile was removed; and it produced less dust, but this was NOT dustless. Oh! And for a bonus, they put black marks on my freshly painted walls. Absolutely regret this. Wood floor care? Yes. Dustless removal? Absolutely not.

I was happy to find that there is an alternative to refinishing wood floors that does not involve sanding, especially since mine have just a thin wood veneer as the surface, that does not accommodate sanding. The experience was good but the sealant does not take care of scratches and wear and does not provide a tough top coating.

Excellent customer service provided by Matt and team. They worked on our duplex re-doing the floor downstairs and replacing carpet with hardwood floor upstairs. Our home looks so much bigger and modern. During the entire process Matt was in contact with us to make sure we were happy with the deliverables. I recommend this team for all floor work, very professional and dedicated. Thank you Matt and Z.

I have contacted this place no less than 10 times in the last two weeks leaving multiple messages and they have not responded once. I will assume they are no longer in business or have too much business and done need mine. Very frustrating!!!

I cannot say enough about our new hardwood floors from Mr. Sandless! My husband and I had installed prefinished oak floors in the master bedroom. Once they were laid, they didn’t match the rest of the house (at all). I called Mr. Sandless and he agreed to come take a look and quote us on refinishing what we had installed. His price was very reasonable and scheduled us within days. The guys that came to do the stripping/sanding were great! They worked so hard and were very professional. Our floors came out amazing! We couldn’t believe how beautifully they matched the rest of our house! I will always use Mr. Sandless!

Matt from Mr. Sandless of North Dallas is a great communicator, from initial contact in setting up an estimate through the completion of the work. He answered all of questions throughout the process. He was on time, efficient on time, explained post- finish requirements for curing and for cleaning and maintenance. You will not be disappointed. My floors were dull and weary engineered hardwood floors in need of a refresh. Matt did an amazing job! See photos. Do yourself a favor and take the time to clear your space completely, have Matt give your floors a refresh, and start living again!

This review is long past due. But it’s covid and I’ve been working from home for 18 consecutive weeks so I’m bored and catching up on my Google reviews. I hired Mr Sandless back in 2018 to replace the flooring with wood floors in the front part of ny house, including new baseboards. The technician, Matt, took all the measurements and told me how much to buy (I bought the flooring from Nebraska Furniture Mart) and he picked it up for me. The job was completed in 1 day (it wasn’t a huge job but there were lots of angles he had to work around) while I was at work, and it looked perfect. He even said he slightly overestimated and reduced the price by $100. I recommended him to my girlfriend and she hired him as well. Sorry I can’t remember Matt’s last name lol. It was such a good job that I wanted them to remodel my kitchen but he said they don’t do that. So sad 🙁.

After receiving a visit and a quote, “MY” delaying the project for about a year, when I asked them to return and do the installation, Mr. Sandless was spot on, he completed the perfect project in 1 day and we were enjoying the floor that evening, we can’t say enough good things about them and this process.
