Helei and team are awesome. Helei remodeled my master bathroom. She has very good team, each one expert in their own area. Although she owns a store but never pushed to get things from her store only. She also had a great eye for interior designing and is very pleasant to work with. She takes time to understand what you need and then gives you the best suggestions and ideas. I would highly recommend her.

So we did the wall tiles for our restaurant and my friend Ali recommended the floor Gallery in Fremont! And let’s just say they did not disappoint! Got us exactly what we were looking for and the service was phenomenal

Terribly terribly rude, bad customer service. There was so much dust, dirt and debris left after flooring was installed. Do not recommend, go elsewhere.

Do not get your flooring done here. Helei is NOT hands on at all, I never even met her and only spoke to her over the phone twice, she did all her bidding through Jimmy, an associate. They hire out contractors who say that Jimmy and Helei are unfair, rude and treat them unethically. The contractors were kind but could not provide a contractors license, and this didn’t seem like it was an issue for Jimmy at all. They left our upstairs flooring unfinished and when it was brought up to Jimmy and Helei, I, 1. did not get an answer from Helei and 2. Jimmy questioned my intelligence and said “you should know how to read a contract”, no where in the contract did it state that removing my old carpet and adding a new carpet would lead to wall damage that would not be fixed. Do NOT shop here, they are unfair with their practices and their prices. You can find much better floors with kinder people elsewhere.

Jimmy and his crew helped me recarpet stairs and an entire upstairs level in my home. Great service and responsiveness throughout the project which was done well and on time. Very happy with the new carpet and my decision to use the Floor Gallery.

The Floor Gallery is a great company, its Sales Manager Helei (Eli) is very knowledgeable, friendly and always on top of everything. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling work or setting up for future selling. My favorite!

The floor gallery installed the carpet for me. It was hassle free and superb experience. The installers were very professional and finished the job (1200 sqft carpet install including the stairs) within 5 hours! I also had laminate installed which they removed. They did it in a week from the day I confirmed the order. Every other carpet installer had a backlog of 2 weeks at least. I would highly recommend Eli & her team to everybody.

Helei has been excellent from the very beginning. She knows exactly what goes together when remodeling a home and she gave use the best price ever across multiple contractors. We had a very short time of 3 weeks to change floor, remodel our kitchen, bath, paint and much more and Helei has done a fantastic job. The one thing that stands about Helei is she goes above and beyond to take care of the customers even those that aren’t on the contract to make sure when we take our home back its in the most pristine condition ever. I would recommend Helei in a heart beat to anyone 🙂
