We agreed with William that in the morning of a certain day he will come to do work on a window, however he did not come and neither called. When I called him, he said that he is running late and will call me soon to reschedule for the afternoon. After waiting two more hours for his call, because he never called again, I called him, and he said that he won’t come this day because of lot of work, and we rescheduled for the morning of another day. That other day I called him in the morning to make sure he is on the way, but he said that he can’t come the time we agreed, and he wanted to reschedule again for later time. I said that I am busy later for the rest of the day, and he said that he will call me in few minutes after checking his schedule. Guess what? He never called, and he neither returned any of my calls and messages. Few days passed since that already.

I needed to have a basement entry door and 4 basement windows replaced. I came across Simple Choice Home Improvement. I was a little nervous, but after meeting William he assured me everything would be fine. William did not disappoint me! He did a great job! He was on time and cleaned up when he was done. My husband was very impressed. I would recommend Simple Choice Home Improvement. Will definitely use again for future projects.

I chose this business because of the good reviews I read. William came to my house very promptly the next day. He immediately saw my storm door had been installed very poorly, he was very professional, he explained to me what needed to be done to correct the problem, he let me decide what I wanted to have done. The end result was a job excellently done, my doors look and operate beautifully. I will not hesitate to use his door service in the future. I highly recommend him.

I recently hired SCHI to replace my front entrance door and storm door as well as install new custom bifold doors in a bedroom. I don’t give many reviews but I must say what an excellent service William and his partner provided from beginning to completion. William says what he does and does what he says, which is very refresshing these days. Thank you SCHI !

I needed some doors installed and found Will through an internet search. When I called him, he was very pleasant and easy to talk to about the project I needed done in my house. We made an appointment so he could look at what I needed. He was on time and was honest about what needed to be done. No pressure to sign a contract, no pressure to accept their work. The day of the install, Will and his son came on time and finished the job in a timely manner. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I will not hesitate to return to Will for any renovations I may need in my home!

William and Alex were awesome. They showed up every day they said they would, were professional and polite, adhered to the terms of the contract and completed all the work satisfactorily. We are very satisfied with the work they did and will use them again in the future for any other updates. They did 9 windows, front door, patio door, and the front and rear garage doors.

the workers were very kind and able to work with me around my work schedule. the door was done within one day and had very good timing. they were very clean and there was no damage to the carpet i have. they always answered the phone right away and prices were reasonable. they fixed the door frame and door with proper fitting, no air seeping through. very nice people!

William did a great job. He was very accommodating and patient. I will definitely call him for any future home projects and refer him to anyone I know that may need work done in their homes.
