We had a wonderful experience! We were able to get really nice flooring at a great price. When we arrived to pick it up, everyone was extremely nice and they were ready to load it. I even got a tip on a good way to strap it down. Thanks!!

Loved my experience with this company:) flooring arrived quickly. The floors were in perfect shape. I love the variety of styles and designs. The prices were the lowest of anywhere we checked for such quality flooring. And the customer service was really good. When we came to pick it up, they helped us load it into two different vehicles and were so accommodating I really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend and have already sent a few friends over.

Carr’s Floor Trader Outlet is the best! I went to get some LVP for my residential home floors and tile for my bathroom walls and flooring. Staff were super friendly and quality products. Eric came out to measure to ensure accurate order. Marcia was helpful with order. Joel, Eric and Andrew were so helpful with loading materials once they arrived. I recently went shopping for a new backsplash tile for our new kitchen. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marcia and her husband Dan. She was so wonderful in helping guide me to exactly what we were looking for. We just installed the tile last night so it isn’t grouted yet and we couldn’t be happier. The customer service was impeccable and ordering of the materials super prompt too. Excellent communication throughout. I highly recommend this business if you’re looking for tile, flooring and the like.
