We needed carpet restretching done. We called Bill this morning and it just so happens he was finishing a job a few miles away and came right over. He and his assistant restretched our carpet in 3 rooms within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. We were very pleased. Bill is professional, responsive and courteous. We highly recommend Bill for your carpet needs

We had carpet bought and installed by Home Depot. Their installers spent more time on the phone talking than installing the carpet correctly. We had to call them back but it was still badly stretched within 6 months. Two and one half years later I called Bill to re-stretch the carpet. Bill has the tools, the skill, and the dedication to do a great job. He wished he had taken before and after pictures of our carpet as he said it was in the worst condition he has seen. I recommend his services for any carpet related work and I wish we had him install the carpet in the first place instead of the ‘free’ install offered by Home Depot..

Very grateful to Bill for helping my wife and I out of a bind when my dog decided to rip up the carpet at my father-in-law’s condo! Bill was cautious to manage our expectations as we understood that a fix was going to be very difficult. They made it happen, though!
