I recently had the pleasure of working with Hamid and his team at Amazing Flooring, for a flooring and painting project in my apartment, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their services. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded all of our expectations. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by their outstanding customer service. They were responsive, communicative, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Poor customer service and very uncommunicative. Needed flooring to finish a job and ordered from here. Hamid, the owner, said it would take 1 week for the box to be delivered. A week passes and he disappears. I’m unable to get a hold of anyone and no update on my floor order. Called everyday for 5 days after when the floors were supposed to be delivered but no luck. Finally I call using a different number and Hamid picks up the phone. When I ask if my floors arrive he claims that the truck was unable to deliver and tells me to go find the floors elsewhere. Before I could even speak he hangs up the phone. Wasted 2 weeks of my time when he could have simply communicated he couldn’t get me the floors. Very rude as well. I ended finding the floors at a different shop in Brooklyn for almost half the price and they were ready for pick up the next day. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this place
