My husband and I moved into your house in April 2024 (Banning CA) Atwell community, we have gotten at least 20 different sales persons who have continued to come to our home and solicit their service. We have asked nicely to stop ringing our door bell as we do not want a quote estimate or service. If we wanted service we will reach out to you for a quote and service. However, we do not want any service. I have also put a do not solicit sign on my door. However, bam what do you know the salesman can’t read or don’t understand what do not ring/knock on door means or no soliciting!

I wish I could give this company negative stars, Avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!! it is not worth it!!!! these guys are the middle man they subcontract there work to other people. this is why their mark ups on there jobs are so ridiculous. I can share this I got quoted for a 840SQFT driveway = $46k initially. they then applied all these “discounts” and got me down to 28k. after numerous attempts to cancel the work, the sales guy tried to get me to stay into the contract by reducing the price to 17k. This is just way to shady of company to even consider doing business with them. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Do not trust Ethan or Caroline. DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOUSE!!!!!! AVOID!!!!! SHADY CONTRACTS!!!! SHADY SALES TACTICS!!! I had to seek legal help, to avoid this huge mistake!!!!

My friend just had work done and a small space of drywall and base boards put in. The cost was overwhelming. I just had entire flooring put in a 1497 Sq feet 3 bedroom house. Old tile and and carpet removed, new good laminate flooring and all new baseboards for under $12,000. My friend doesn’t even know what they charged her because she’s 85 and they kept throwing papers at her to sign. One paper was that she had 3 days to cancel and another was to forfeit the 3 days she had to cancel. One quote was over $5,000 and another was for over $8,000. She called and they said it was already paid for because she signed the contract and it was with the finance company. She doesn’t even know which finance company. She’s getting lawyer if things can’t be settled and I’m checking on what it would have cost her through Lowes or Home Depot. Probably a third of what this place charged her. They saw small cracks in her foundation and were going to charge her $29,000 to break up the concrete too. She’s had 2 different people in to check it out and they said it was nothing. I wouldn’t let them into my house.

This company gave me bad vibes. Someone came and gave us a quote on our unfinished backyard. The lady lied and said our community needs all backyards to be completed 6 months from move in date. I called HOA and that was a lie! She was REALLY PUSHY! Kept asking why we haven’t gotten the backyard done. We literally moved in 3 months ago from out of state! When she gave us the quote it was 3 to 4 time over the other quotes we received, it was crazy! When we told her we weren’t interested she kept pushing and said today was the last day for their energy effiecnt program, of course it is mind you it was the 1st of the month. What program ends on the 1st day of the month? When we told her we are not going to make a decision today, again she kept pushing at this point I was ready to tell her to get her stuff and leave because you are not respecting my wishes. She told me that everyone in the community knows about her and they have worked with her. So I check with neighbors and the community facebook….Nothing! Definitely would not recommend this company, pick someone else.

If I could give them negative stars I would do that. First thoughts of this company was polite and professional which lead me to believe that they would do what they said and would provide me with the service I would be paying for. Turns out the complete opposite was true they came in did work in my artificial grass and fire pit with that day they did the work so quickly that the fire pit was leaning and had cracks and gaps in it the grass wasn’t insulated properly they didn’t remove the correct amount of bottom soil they just cleared weeds and began to place back down it wasn’t graded correctly it wasn’t cut correctly has gaps where rocks come out and fall into my pool staples and nails not installed correctly where you step on them and feel them or are missing all together allowing the grass to come up. It is also above the drip line of my house not allowing the water to weep from the stucco they didn’t even put drains where we had spoke about in the first meeting. They sent third party contractors 3-4 times to fix issues but when they arrived they were told to just add nails or lift a portion of the grass to fix. Each group of workers that came said the same thing it has to be removed and replaced and regraded. I have been blamed for not knowing anything and told the workers are wrong and don’t know what they are talking about. Spoke to just about everyone in the company each tell me they aren’t going to fix it the way it needs to be but there way. I guess customer isn’t wright anymore in business. They only talk about giving me a discount and they have been in business for 25 years they know what they are doing. To date I still have only had them come fix the fire pit the grass they refuse to fix. I’m sure if I refused to pay they would have an issue with that. Have been disappointed in each person I spoke to starting with Nick and Asher all the way up to last person who I spoke to who wouldn’t leave his office to come look at the issue every one from the company has taken video and pictures they know the problem they just refuse to solve it. Just got off the phone with the guy in their office he ruses to listen to my concerns pretends to now know who I am or the job they did. And sent me a email today to put a lean on my property until they get paid. Contractors normally do do this but not after the job as begun or finished to a point where all that needs to be done is repairs. They ran my credit to use Good Leap as my finance company who I would be making payments to not them directly. He claims they are professionals and on the up and up. His words. But in reality all the want to do is jump from job to job and lecture their clients on how they are right and the client is wrong. Instead of making it right like they say they want to do they are making it worse.
