Update: It’s now June 2024. I have tried reaching out to the owner on Facebook and while she did respond to my message, there was no follow-up. It has been 6 months and we still have no resolution. Stay away from this place. They are unprofessional and do not stand behind their work. My experience is detailed below. On January 18th two members of your staff came to my home to perform a carpet repair. The repair was for 1 stair and a hole the size of a half dollar in my office. I was told by Jamie that the repair would consist of removal of carpet from a closet to use for the repair and that the installer would take the leftover carpet back to the store for matching and return the next day to replace the carpet in the closet. Immediately after the repair and before your staff member left the premises, I let him know that I was not happy with the results in the office. He told me that it would be fine when I got the carpet cleaned. The patch he cut out of the carpet is approximately 2’x 1′ to repair a 3 inch diameter hole in the middle of the room and is not even straight. I called the office and was asked to send photos of the area that I was unhappy with so that she could speak with the owner. I did so promptly with no response. The following day I anticipated that the installer would return to replace the carpet in the closet. He did not. A week later, I received a voicemail, email, and text message (all within minutes) from Jamie saying that I failed to pay for the service and that I needed to pay in order for the installer to return to fix the issue. I informed her that the work was not complete and she acted as if she had no idea. After speaking with her for a few minutes she said that she would come out to look at the issue. We scheduled a 10 am time for January 30th. On January 29th I received a voicemail asking me to call her. It was after working hours when I received the voicemail. The morning of January 30th at 8:42 am I received a call from Jamie saying that the owner asked that I come into the store to find matching carpet and discuss replacing the entire room. I then told her that was not what we had agreed upon and that I am unable to come to the store. She repeated that she needed to come out to look at the carpet then I reminded her of the 10 am appointment that we had for that day to which she said she remembered. She was over an hour late! Then acted miffed because I was busy an unable to let her in due to another appointment. She spent time in the room trying to convince me that the workers did nothing wrong. I pointed out several times the crooked large rectangle in the middle of my floor. Each time I was met with a look of disbelief and the statement of “it looks the same to me”. She then put out several carpet samples and took measurements to replace the entire room stating that “they would work with me on the price”. I sent yet another email asking for the owner to reach out to me. Still no response. It is now almost a month later and I still have no resolution. I have not heard from Jamie again on the next steps. My closet is still without carpet and my office looks worse than it did before the “repair”. They have done more damage than they were asked to repair. We are now stuck having to replace carpet in the entire room at upwards of $900. If they had spoken to us about the repair, it’s location, and discussed options before causing all of the damage, this could have been avoided. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company for any of the services offered. Their customer service is non existent and they definitely do not stand behind their work.

Great experience from start to finish. The installers were awesome and attention our needs. Deeanna was also fantastic to work with and find the right carpet for our needs!! Definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough about Jaimie! She has done the carpeting on my 3 homes, is very knowledgeable with flooring and has a great team. Thank you so much Jamie for making me feel like I was your most important customer. Carolina Carpet will always have my business as long as Jamie and Carlos are there! They did a beautiful job, didn’t damage anything and Jamie has kept on top of things from beginning to end.

Very poor service. Deanna is a fraud. Carpet was not properly installed with mismatched strips. She came by to look agreed it was poorly done. Said she would send someone out to make the necessary corrections. It has been a year and still no one. I would not recommend. Strips are lifting they were not properly tacked.

Terrible person to work with, Ms. Deanna, the owner. She has zero work ethics, takes all her frustration towards her employees. If you don’t believe, you’ll find out for yourself.

I would not refer anyone to this business I had the worst experience ever in this store. I was cursed at called names and accused of lying by a Ms. Deanna the owner of this establishment! after her company damaged walls in my home during carpet installation! I have never been more disappointed and disrespected in my entire life by a company owner! Also as the pictures will show it was a horrible! Job as well… don’t go there..

I am very happy with the vinyl flooring installation. The staff were helpful and professional. I placed my order on Saturday and had my floors done on Wednesday. Great and fast service.

Everything was simple and easy. And the install on our kitchen flooring only took a day. That is including removing the old tile.
