We were so lucky to find King’s flooring! It’s not very often you find a business that treats you like one of their own! From the moment we walked in they were so incredibly helpful and friendly, even though it was a fairly small job. Even better, we later found out it was independent and locally owned. Cannot say enough good things about this company. We will definitely be back!

This is the second home my wife and I have used Kings flooring for. We enjoyed their customer service and quality work the first time that there was no question where we would go this time. Unfortunately, our floors were discontinued, but Kings ensured to help us with close matches and allowed us to take large sample pieces home. We made a decision within minutes of laying the pieces down at home. Wouldn’t have felt confident, the samples made it so easy. The team is extremely communicable & has a customer first approach. Each team member from the measures to installers were extremely pilot and friendly. We appreciate Kings for helping us create the space we were looking for with upgrading carpet to wood floors that matched the rest of our home. Highly recommend. Friendly, customer first, fair, and good quality.

Ethan and Lucas and the whole King’s team was great to work with. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. To me it comes down to 3 factors: their price was fair, the communication was good throughout the process, and the end result is just what we wanted. Highly recommend👍

After 5 years of living in our home, it was time for new floors and King’s was the answer. Great service and great pricing. I did all of the demo work but a poor job prepping the old tile floors prior to install. The install team was able to get the floors prepped and installed all in the same day – truly awesome. I’ll used them every time for flooring.

5/5 and 10/10! I did some pricing around and King’s was the best price in all of NWA! From the moment I first talked to Lucas, followed up with Debbie, their Customer Service was amazing! They answered all my questions and were easy to get a hold of. They worked with me on delivering the hard wood I ordered and James couldn’t have been any nicer. Answered more questions I had and was so professional and kind! Would definitely plan to use them again in the future!

Our family recently moved into a new home that was partially hardwood and carpet floors. We wanted to go all hardwood throughout the home. Unfortunately, our original hardwood flooring had stopped being manufactured in 2021. Everyone at King’s Flooring was great through this process. They told us that we could try to find a match similar to the original but it’s seldom that a perfect match exists. Over the next few weeks, they had several different samples brought in for us and they provided their honest opinions and thoughts about the best way to go. On top of that, they were constantly looking at how we could get the job done at the most competitive cost in town. They truly were amazing every step of the way! Highly recommend it for all your flooring needs.
