We had hardwood floors installed. Fairfax Floors did a great job. Excellent communication, came when they said they would come, and cleaned up afterwards. The floors look excellent. Great attention to detail. The guy who was in charge of the crew clearly cared about the quality of his work. Highly recommend.

I am very glad I contracted with Fairfax Floors. Mike, Kevin and Alex were terrific to work with. There were a couple of glitches during installation and how they handled it was completely professional. They called me about resolving the issues not the other way around. That is service that is hard to find these days. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

We were in need of a specific LVT product in a pinch for our bathroom project so we called and talked to Matt at Fairfax Floors, Inc. Matt was able to locate a box of the LVT in their warehouse and quoted us a very reasonable cost for the box of the LVT material. We were able to arrange same day pick up. We would highly recommend Fairfax Floors, Inc., to friends and family for LVT material purchase.

Great selection and service. They have flooring that you can’t find at HD or Lowes; and they provide great service and expert advice. I’ve used them for 2 projects thus far and about to start the 3rd project with them. I would highly recommend them to homeowners or contractors.

I recently worked with Mike at FFX Floors in Merrifield. Replacing my kitchen flooring was easy because of Mike’s knowledge and offers of a few suggestions of what might work well for my kitchen. Overall, my experience was excellent – highly recommend – easy to assign a 5-star rating!
