Premier Kitchen and Bath just finished a bedroom and bathroom remodel on our older home. Tile work, dry wall, flooring in bathroom, structural work in the bedroom, even installed a heater in my garage. All beautifully done. Can’t say enough good things about them and their work and look forward to my next project with PremierKitchen and Bath

Complete gut of a bathroom from early 80’s construction to a contemporary European style remodel. The whole process was fantastic. The team was very professional and skilled, with great forward thinking which kept me in the process throughout to make sure all the results were well planned and executed. I opted for more high-end materials and approaches and the team ensured outstanding results. Too many details to list, but the pics speak for themselves. Mirrors do a ton of colors and shades btw. Wanted a single wide one initially, but they don’t ship here and those tend to break…more happy with these. Toilet is next level. Shower is a dream. Cabinets are top quality brand. etc.

It was a joy to work with Premier Kitchen and Bath. The design suggestions helped me get just the bathroom I wanted. Especially the tiled shower that is larger than many and customized for me with grab bars and a pull-down seat. The work was done quickly, precisely, with minimal mess. Communication with Olga and Oleg was excellent. Oleg built my stairs with less-than-usual riser height, and a fine, graspable handrail. They are very comfortable and safe for me.

Contracted through home depot for a door installation. Had door installation scheduled and planned out day then half hour before they were supposed to show up they canceled because of weather. The weather had been bad all day and they waited until half hour before the installation to cancel. Didn’t reschedule. Had to call home depot to get it rescheduled and the day I was told was rescheduled again, then I was called and told they wrote down the wrong date and had to reschedule again. When they finally arrived they were 40 min late. The door installation went well however they didn’t reinstall my storm door they took off. Home depot called them and got no response and still waiting for a response for them to come reinstall my storm door. Will not use this company for any installation. Quality of work done on exterior door was good but their customer service and responsiveness is horrible!

Home remodels are a really big deal for the home owner, and Olga and Oleg made us feel like our remodel was a really big deal for them, too! We had a wonderful time working with Olga to design our new kitchen island. She was so helpful, kind, and patient with us. Ordering with her was a breeze, and she reach out for every little detail and was also very responsive when I changed my mind or had questions. She also kept us informed of shipping status and was very upfront about realistic install scheduling. Oleg and team were incredible during the install! His attention to detail is incredible and the install was basically flawless! I really appreciated how kind and considerate they were. We will definitely be back to do the rest of our kitchen remodel and probably the rest of our home over the next few years!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company! They were suppose to arrive at 10am on a Friday. 10:30 they called and said their box truck wasn’t available so could they reschedule – we had no kitchen! They asked to reschedule in a week and I said absolutely not and if it was just a box truck issue we’d come get it the countertops with our truck. They said they’d call back. 2 hours later called back and said it wasn’t the box truck they just double booked. But that they’d send guys out to do our countertops between 4-5pm that day. I said my fear was we’d waste a whole day and they wouldn’t show that night, the lady laughed and said that won’t happen. 4:20pm rolls around and I call and she said “oh weird they aren’t there?” Then she completely ghosted and the phone went to voicemail. At 6pm a guy called and said they’d be there at 10am the next day. 10am came and went and nothing. Finally at 11:30am I contacted Home Depot and they were horrified. They are able to contact Primier and got guys to us by 2:30pm. They did the countertops and as they were about to leave we tried to put the stove back in and it didn’t fit. They measured wrong…… two days later, after still ghosting another time they were suppose to arrive, they came back and sawed the piece off so the stove would fit. A few more days later they came and finished it. Honestly if you’re still reading RUN from this company. They were so unprofessional, lied to us, ghosted us multiple times and were the most communicators I have ever worked with. The guy who actually did the job was kind but that was the only redeeming factor. I wouldn’t pay them a cent if I’d known it would be this miserable.

Olga & her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We did a major remodel and with her help our home went from 80s bachelor pad to beautiful family home. We are completely in love with our “new” home! We cannot thank them enough for the beautiful job. Olga’s style and willingness to make sure everything is done how we want it and her team’s friendliness really just made the whole remodel experience so much better. Our kids absolutely loved our contractors and I think we all miss their presence now that it’s over!

Olga at PK&B helped us design our new beautiful kitchen. We were completely lost on what we wanted so I just told Olga go for it! Show me what you got and she nailed every detail of the design better than I could imagine. Also we didn’t want to change the windows and door and she worked her design around that. We live in another state and she worked with us long distance to help create this beautiful design. Her professionalism and expertise are above and beyond. We will be installing soon and I will update photos once it is complete. Thank you Olga!

I could not be more pleased with the results of our kitchen remodel project completed by Premier Kitchens and Bath! We hired Olga to remodel our 1980’s kitchen so that we can sell our home in the near future . Working with her was a pleasure. She guided me through the process of designing our new kitchen as we chose the cabinets, flooring, paint, lighting etc. Her crew was always professional and courteous. She understood that we wanted to stay within our budget and assisted us in making sound economic choices. Since the kitchen had been built in the 1980’s, we ran into some problems and they were always extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was and provide a plan on how to resolve the problem. The finished product by far exceeded anything I could have imagined. It is beautiful and functional and according to my Realtor will bring buyers to us quickly. I would trust Olga and Premier Kitchens and Bath to complete any projects I need in the future.
