These guys obviously take a lot of pride in their work. Impeccable job! Their attention to detail is outstanding. They were very easy to work with and communication was fantastic. I had them sand down the floors in an upstairs unit with no AC during an awful heatwave. The working conditions were miserable and they still kept to their schedule. And their rates were very reasonable too! You won’t find anyone better. Get a quote and support small business. You won’t be sorry. My daughter oversaw the project since I was out of town and this was her feedback: They were effing great, dude! They cleaned up after themselves everyday. They were friendly, but not too friendly where I felt like I had to avoid them. 10 out of 10! 🙂

Yuri does beautiful work. He made our 50 year old floor that looked much older and showed a lot of wear, tear, and damage shine like new. He goes to extreme efforts to control dust and make sure the rest of the house is livable while the job is in process. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his workmanship. His price is very fair. If you’re considering refinishing your hardwood floors, I highly recommend you call Yuri.

Top Wood Flooring did a fantastic job refinishing the hardwood flooring in my bedrooms, which sat under carpeting for decades. They were very affordable, did a great job cleaning after they finished, and did a great job keeping to the schedule we discussed. Would highly recommend!

Yuri’s company TopWood flooring is simply fantastic. There are essentially two companies that stand out for wood floor work and we’ve used both. Our first was Dana’s. They’re good. But the second that we used was Top Wood. I cannot express more clearly how extremely satisfied we are with Yuri and Boris of TopWood. They bring old school, Eastern European, knowledge to their work. And they have perfected it! Scheduling was not an issue. A date was given and it was met! Thank you again Yuri!

Great work, great people. I chose Top Wood rather than the other quotes I received because they not only gave a lower price, but also gave advice on the surrounding projects I was working on. They always told me the exact time they would be arriving for the next day and they always showed up on time. They fixed a dip in my floor, 3 water stains, and overall worn down floors (see pics of before and after) to make my floors perfect. They kept the dust down to a minimum, and left extra stain and poly for my next projects (stairs) so that everything would match. 10/10 would recommend.
