Just had our entire apartment carpeted today. Shout out to our salesman Jeff for his knowledge and patience. This guy knows his stuff. Our installers were Joe and Mike. These two answered any questions along the way. Very professional. Very neat. We are so happy with the experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Joe B’s for their price and service. Shop local!

Been dealing with Joe Bs for a long time. BUT we recently had carpet layer throughout the house( which wasn’t cheap) and discovered the steps had lumps going down the middle of the steps in a pattern. I thought it could of been the pad but when they came out they said it was normal wear and tear. Now mind you the carpet is just over a year old. We had carpet that was 20 years old and never did that. We will NEVER deal with them again because of their lack of responsibility to fix the problem.like I said they are losing a valued customer

Thank you Joe B’s! We are very happy with the new carpeting in the bedrooms! We were able to get really nice plush carpet for the master, having purchased remnants, and were still right within budget! Thank you Jeff!! And thank you Henry and Shane for a job well done! Everything looks great, and there was no additional charge for moving large furniture!

I recently purchased custom made area rugs for my new residence. Sales associate, Joe Hopwood, Was wonderful. Such a knowledgeable young man, very accommodating and exceptionally helpful and detail oriented. Delivery / set-up guys Ryan & Chad were excellent as well. A truly great experience with Joe B’s . I highly recommend them. Thanks guys. All of you are great assets .
